We were sat at a table with no server. Waited 10 minutes until I stopped a server and asked. One took our order another brought our food and another brought the bill. Food was good. Steak might have been slightly under cooked but was edible.

❤️ Thank you Payton! My wife and I did a surprise Valentine’s Day dinner by allowing our server to order our food without telling us what she order. Payton’s willingness and excitement to do it made the experience even better. Give her a raise.

Food quality and portions have gone way down. My husband and my steaks were extremely fatty and our ribs were cold and way smaller in portion than they used to be. Our waiter was great and very attentive so that's why I gave 2 stars. Not sure if we will be returning.

This was honestly my first time going, it was delicious, I never had bacon on top of my cheese fries and it was so good, especially dipped in ranch I believe it was. Had a slushed sangria and ordered pulled pork. Staff was friendly, always checked on us even though it was crowded. Prices was great as well. Would love to go again.

The food was great with very reasonable prices for steaks! The rolls were hot and delicious. The staff couldn't have been nicer! They helped us celebrate my mom's birthday

We came here with a big group of our family so we were stretched across 4 tables which is completely fine. We expected this as I know their seating is limited. I would recommend a reservation as this location is very busy. But the food is fantastic and the drinks are great! We had 2 different servers for our group which is great! They both were very attentive and everything was brought out quickly and correctly. I will always recommend this steak house!

I would recommend a reservation as this location is very busy. But the food is fantastic and the drinks are great! We had 2 different servers for our group which is great! I went in and sat down at the bar. The bar tender finally came over after about 5 minutes to ask what I wanted to drink. I ordered my drink after repeating it several times. She fixed my drink, sat it down with no napkin or coaster and I never had interaction with her again. She never checked to see if I wanted another drink, wanted to order food or anything. O finally ask for my check and after 10 minutes it never came. Finally I laid cash down and left. This isn’t the first time I have gotten horrible service there. I have had my food delivered on several occasions cold and it had to go back to get heated. This is the last time I will ever go in this one. Which is sad as I am in Rockford several times a month and I like Texas Roadhouse. It never this one again.
