Smoked wings were A+. Bbq chicken and smoked sausage were B-. Potato wedges were overcooked chewy, but when remade tender it was an A. Husband rated ribs an A. However, they didn't offer my husband's wedges to be replaced and he didn't eat them. Idk if it was an off day, but our waitress was spacey and odd. Took 20 minutes after being seated to start with drinks. Then stood there quiet after taking our order until I asked her if she got the order. She left the table mid-sentence throughout saying, "I'll be right back" and didn't come back until a manager helped us each time. Maybe she was training... multitasking? Had to take a star off for that, it was extreme. There were three small tables occupied in the restaurant and the table behind us was served right after being seated. Shrug. Overall the hostess, manager, food and atmosphere were pretty good.

First off, Brittany is the reason we repeatedly come back! She’s awesome, super sweet especially with my kids and most importantly…. fast. Gets everything right the first time. It’s always nice when you don’t have to ask for refills constantly. The food here is great! The kids always choose to come here which says a lot because they aren’t easily impressed with most places. The ribs are a big hit for my husband and the kids menu gives us some good options as well. The environment is relaxed and clean. The place smells great and everyone is super friendly. We love this place. Also, the prices are more than fair.

Had an amazing experience at Smokey Bones! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a warm, inviting atmosphere that made us feel right at home. The food was absolutely delicious – tender, flavorful BBQ, perfectly cooked sides, and great drink options. Each bite was a treat! Our server Rachael went above and beyond to make our experience very smooth and simple. She was attentive and made excellent recommendations. I’ll definitely be coming back for more of the great food and incredible service. Highly recommend!

2nd time where they messed up the order because they do not listen to the customer. Ordered the mini nachos. I said no cheese and no sour cream. Food came out with sour cream and it was the servers fault because he couldn’t take down the order right. Meat was dry and looked liked someone microwaved it several time. Fries were cold. Order boneless wings. Bring out bone in wings. Server Bradley thought we said Smokey wings. Not sure where he got that from when we clearly said boneless wings. Our food did not come out all together. Place was dead so can’t use busy as an excuse. Server can’t take a complaint. Saying sorry and throwing the bill down is very unprofessional. Also he had zero concerns that the food was dry. Learn to put on a fake smile and act like an adult. Don’t waste your time and money at this location. TN and FL locations so much better. Been to this location several times in hopes they would get better. Nope they got worse. Only nice and friendly person was the manager. Thank you to the manager to make it right. This is the only Smokey Bones that is dead. We have gone to several Smokey Bones (in different states) and those locations are always busy with no issues. Their employees don’t help make the place better. When we first went several times they had an awesome server/bartender but she no longer works there.

We went here for an early dinner with our 7 month old and it was great. The wait staff was attentive and engaged the baby as well as the great food and drinks that were well priced! Would definitely come back!

This was our first time coming here and ordered the Bonfire for 2 and Cornbread for an appetizer, it was ALL FABULOUS!!! We sat at the bar due to wait times for a table and had Bradley as our bartender and he was GREAT!! We will definitely be back!!

The corn bread was amazing with the pecan butter. I loved the pecan butter so much that the waitress gave me some to take back home. The sauces on the table were all good but none were the rib sauce. My sister and I waited a bit for our food, they weren’t crowded so not sure why it took long for our food to come out. Over all everything was delicious and I will be back!
