The server provided exceptional service. Despite the restaurant being out of my preferred steak and dessert selections, he demonstrated excellent customer service skills, maintaining a pleasant demeanor and exhibiting thorough menu knowledge. His performance warrants commendation.

I’m a big fan of Outback Steakhouse and have visited many locations, even in different countries, but this one did not meet the usual standard. The service was slow, and there was a long wait despite the restaurant not being full. The brown bread was as good as expected, but the food was average, and the mashed potato side was disappointing. The highlight of the meal was the dessert, the famous chocolate thunder.

Rockford, Illinois location is truly a wonderful place to relax, have a wonderful dinner, and seriously superb customer service. The manager French runs this restaurant in a way that makes for a comfortable experience. Our waitress was very attentive and sweet. Our food was delicious. We ordered the blooming onion and coconut shrimp for appetizers, and the classic prime rib, and the rib eye steak both with loaded mash potatoes, I had a house salad with ranch, my husband had the French onion soup and everything was delicious, definitely a wonderful restaurant, it's hard to find excellent customer service in this area, we will definitely go back to this location.

Went here with my family for a nice sit down dinner. The food was cooked perfectly and everyone enjoyed their meals. I love their sweet potato as well as their numerous appetizers! They have a variety of gluten free options for those who need it too. There was not much to complain about but the tables here are a bit worn & weathered.

Everything was Great, Server (Emily) was not overbearing, or rude, in fact she was quick witted, with snappy comebacks. When we gave her a compliment, you could tell her appreciation was genuine, Even had one of the Managers (French) come to the table and to check on things and even brought out another beverage himself Prices a tab high, but seems to be like that almost everywhere. Food was cooked perfectly and came out right on time Bloomin Onion was good, but wanted room for the meal.. so we took it home, and 2.5 hrs later still fresh.

Excellent service. Friendly staff. Manager was present and kept things moving in the waiting area. Waiter was patient and helpful. Good service is hard to find these days. But you'll find it here, even at the height of the holiday rush on a Saturday night.

What started off as a terrible night due to an extremely rude customer behind us who made a rude comment to my wife while leaving turned completely around. Emily our server along with all the staff were very attentive and understanding of our needs. The food was absolutely delicious and well worth it. Thank you to the manager James who kindly offered a free dessert for my wife’s birthday due to the comment the rude customer made earlier in the night. Thank you also to the whole staff for coming by the table to sing happy birthday. Will definitely be returning soon!!
