Amazing!! Love each of the workers there. They present much kindness. Also, the food was absolutely amazing!! I’ve been here several times. The lamb chops never lets me down. Thank you all for providing me a fantastic experience every time. Btw: Ellie, in the bar area, is always so super sweet and kind. She does a fantastic job ensuring quality service the costumers. I highly recommend her.

Can’t even imagine why anyone would review this restaurant lower than 5 starts. I’m going to start off by saying this restaurant cost real money and is not denny’s or McDonald’s so if that is the price expectation you have don’t come. Considering the restaurant is located in a casino that should go without saying, but looking at some of the other reviews I see a lot of meager wallets with big expectations. That said, this restaurant is worth every penny. The service really makes the experience spectacular and it seals the deal with the best high end table fare in the city.

My boyfriend took me here for an amazing Valentine’s dinner (a couple days after the actual day). The restaurant is gorgeous, and we were given a lovely booth with great views of the fireplace and open kitchen. The waitress was very nice and helped any questions we had about the menu. I ordered an 8oz filet mignon and herbed french fries. My boyfriend ordered the cioppino and campanelle mac & cheese. My filet was delicious and perfectly cooked and the fries had a great herb flavor. I had some and the cioppino and it was the best broth I’ve ever tasted! For dessert we split a warm chocolate cake (asked for ice cream on the side). I love the actual “cake” part of chocolate cake so I was a bit surprised that the entire middle of the cake was more of a pudding texture with raspberries inside of it. I wish they would have been more specific about that on the menu. Overall it was a fantastic experience and I hope to be back for another special occasion.

The best steak I've ever tasted (had dry aged NY strip). Free bday dessert for my husband. The service was superb. The crew gets professional hospitality.

So, for having a $75 steak, I definitely expected better. I thought it was going to be like, melt in your mouth kind of steak. I'd rather have Texas Roadhouse. And my last bite I took tasted literally like a dead carcass. I told my husband that and he asked me how I know what a dead carcass tastes like but I am in the medical field and I told him it tasted like the smell of a morgue. It definitely turned me off of aged meat and fancy steakhouses for good. I can say the duck fat hash brown, whipped potatoes, and rolls were delicious. The creme brulee was terrible- not very sweet and very "egg-y." The lobster bisque was a little plain tasting and my husband said the French onion was "ok" but nothing spectacular. Oh and the tomatoes they serve and raspberries with the creme brulee tasted like they infused it with something... not sure what... but terrible decision. They were awful.

We went on Valentine's Day before a show. Excellent service. Our server and support server were very kind and took great care of us from start to finish. The dinner was amazing and highly recommend the Prime NY.

The Casino was full off people, of course it was 815 Restaurants week and the restaurant was running booked and offered us another area to eat to listen to Some Sexy Jazz music playing by Mr. Carl and his sweet wife Diana Cole. They was a Delight to hear. We had cocktails and I order Macaroni Cheese and the PRIME RIBEYE STEAK🔥🔥🔥and a salad. Their dinner rolls melted in your mouth and sooo did the to die for STEAK. Their Mac and cheese was delish as well. I Will return to this place again and again. The waitress was super sweet too. The After party was a BIG HIT as well, held in the Cafe part. TOO DEEP BAND was putting on a show u wouldn’t want to miss. They had the place Hard Rocking from side to side. They Turnt this (mf) OUT!!!, GREAT TIME

Such a good experience all the way around. The shrimp cocktail appetizer was amazing and the ribeye was one of the best steaks I've had in a while. The dining space is nice and I liked the open kitchen concept. Our server, Jess D., made the meal 10000x better. She was very attentive and helpful throughout. Cannot wait to go back!
