A good upscale spot east of Michigan Avenue. Salmon was fresh and dessert was quite good. The only item that was disappointing was lobster bisque. Good presentations and hearty portions. A perfect to place to a leisurely lunch or enjoy drinks during happy hour.

Haven't been to The Palm in a while. The renovations they have made look great. The menu is fantastic. Food amazing. I will be back again soon. Server Mike was on point!!

Did one order from restaurant week menu. It was the minestrone soup and prime rib chopped salad. It was very good but super garlicky. We had one "power lunch" which was a Caesar's salad and one 6oz fillet with wine reduction sauce on the side and came with steamed green beans. It was great but the Caesar's salad was pretty small. Cheesecake was FABULOUS!

Had a spectacular dinner here with colleagues. The service was exceptional, our waitress was funny and attentive. The starters were awesome - Calamari Fritto misto, lump crab cake (this was just lovely), fresh buffalo mozzarella with seasonal toppings, prime New York strip steak and jumbo shrimp over mushrooms cooked to perfection. We made a reservation as it's busy.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This place is absolutely fantastic! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with such warmth and hospitality. The food was incredible—every dish was bursting with flavor and beautifully presented. If you’re looking for great food and even better service, this is the place to go. We’ll definitely be coming back.

Ill give the good before the bad..atmosphere was on point. Clean and comfortable. However, the food was mediocre especially for the price, really lacking in taste and quality. The lobster arrived ice cold and the steaks were bland. What was worse than the food though was the waitress. Went out of her way to skip our table because we asked for our drinks that we had already waited 25 minutes for? Never asked us how the meal was, drinks never offered to refill, no offering of desert and really just got the feeling she wanted us to leave. I always give service workers grace and know there are things they cannot control but this was possibly the worst service I've experienced from a nice restaurant. We spent over $300 and would have been happier and treated better at a texas roadhouse. My advice would be to take your money to any of the other establishments chicago has to offer.

If you’re looking for a top-notch steakhouse, The Palm is where it’s at. I had the most incredible dinner here, and everything from the food to the service was absolutely terrific. The steaks? Out of this world! Perfectly cooked, melt-in-your-mouth tender, and bursting with flavor. You can tell they really know what they’re doing back there. The vibe in this place is on point—classy but not stuffy, and the staff? Totally on it. They made us feel like VIPs the whole night. Every dish we tried was a home run, and the portions were seriously generous. Plus, the cocktails were killer, like, we’re talking next-level good. If you’re in Chicago and craving a seriously good steak, The Palm is the spot. Trust me, it’s legendary. You’ll leave stuffed and already planning your next visit!
