Our 2024 office Christmas celebration at RPM Steakhouse was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we walked in, the cozy yet upscale ambiance made us feel welcomed and special. The service was truly exquisite—attentive, professional, and warm. The appetizers set the stage for an incredible meal, with each bite bursting with flavor. The main course was cooked to absolute perfection, showcasing the high-quality ingredients and culinary expertise that RPM is known for. And just when I thought the experience couldn’t get any better, the cotton candy arrived, instantly transporting me back to childhood with its whimsical sweetness. We came to this restaurant to celebrate a birthday, and the overall atmosphere felt great. We arrived quite early, so the restaurant was not very crowded. The staff were very friendly, checking in on us from time to time to see if we needed anything and promptly replacing our tableware. They also provided helpful recommendations for the dishes and even prepared some special birthday surprises, adding to the emotional value of the experience. I would highly recommend this restaurant for dates, anniversaries, and other special occasions. If we have the chance, we would love to come back again. Our visit happened to coincide with Restaurant Week, so we got to try some signature dishes, and we were very satisfied with the food.

High level service made for a great restaurant experience. Every steak at the table was perfectly cooked and seasoned. Seafood tower appetizer was very good and fresh. Oysters were excellent. Great shareable side options as well. The cocktails were on point too.

Beautiful establishment with excellent customer service! I arrived around 4:45 PM on a Wednesday. I was greeted and informed about happy hour and given the option about where I would like to sit. At first, the bar area was kind of empty, but soon after people started trickling in and the place began to buzz. I had the crab leg, appetizer, brussels sprouts, mashed potatoes, and 10 ounce filet mignon. Everything had a lot of flavor, sometimes it seems like a bit too much salt to me. The first time I fillet was brought out it was overcooked. They quickly rectified it, but it was just unfortunate because the rest of my sides were out with me getting cold while I waited for my new steak to come. Maddie was a sweetheart. There were outlets, conveniently located right behind the table, this was great because my phone was about to die lol !

We tried 24 ounce bone-in ribeye cut, but I'm not sure what the name of the plate in the restaurant was, but it was perfectly cooked, and the flavors were delicious. We also had the loaded potato and the pork belly. They gave us complementary cotton candy at the end. The service was excellent.

For a $125 steak, I expected better. It was cooked well. However, I could have done better on my own grill. The mac and cheese was great. I had to dip my steak in the cheese just to make it taste better. Very disappointed The seafood tower was good. Not worth the money, but good Service was great, and so was the atmosphere. I will try it again, but try a different steak.

Wow!!! I had an amazing birthday dinner here! Everything was perfect, we loved the vibe of the restaurant and the music playing added a fun touch. Steak was perfect. Loved the whipped potatoes (without bleu cheese). Had a good skinny marg from the bar! Side note but their bathrooms smelled amazing, I want the candle they had burning!!! All the staff members were great. They also added some specific detail that made my birthday dinner so much more special. I will undoubtedly be back!

The steak frites was delicious as well soft perfectly medium ribeye cap. We truly enjoyed munching on the fried, thinly shaved potato - very addictive.
