Food is excellent! Oysters and frog legs were incredible. The elevator table felt so private and comfortable. Plus, the service is unmatched. Our waiter was welcoming and attentive. The food, atmosphere and service were top notch. Can't wait to go back!

This is my 5th time here & the food is beyond exceptional! I always have the pleasure of being assisted by Brittany. She is attentive & friendly! Brittany makes really great suggestions that makes the ordering process very easy. I also want to mention that her manager Dwayne is nice & checked on my party during my recent visit. What a warm & welcoming atmosphere. I truly recommend!

Can't get a more classic steak and seafood experience. Came in from out of town for a Valentine's Day weekend dinner. Despite being packed, Hugo's clearly is a well oiled operation. We never felt like we were unattended. Other than perhaps being just a bit too crowded (although I acknowledge it was Valentine's), everything was exceptional. Shrimp cocktail out of the park.

We came here to celebrate our engagement and to have dinner with friends. The meal and the service exceeded all expectations. It was truly one of the best dinners I’ve ever had. It was so special. Huge shout out to Ulysses and the staff helping us and congratulating us. They made us feel so special and created such an unforgettable night. We will definitely be back for more celebrations. The crabcake and Keylime pie were my favorites. Both were the best I’ve ever had and I’ve had a lot of crabcakes and Keylime pies in my day!

Their oysters are fantastic, with great value specially during happy hour. All dishes are high-quality, specially the steak, fish and chips and burger. My favourite dish is the frogs legs! We decided to try Hugo’s Frog to compare it to Joe’s. Serving staff is outstanding! Bar drinks are literally overflowing. Typical wait for a table. The restaurant is large and can accommodate multiple parties. Appetizers of Shrimp & Calamari were decent but not outstanding. The crab cakes leave a lot to be desired and are well below those offered at Shaw’s. This item needs improvement. The oysters were served perfectly chilled with the appropriate condiments but were rather small sized. The bone-in rib steaks we ordered were cooked exactly to our specifications but the beef itself was a bit “Chewy”. The chocolate mousse we ordered was Huge and could not be finished. It was outstanding.
