We discovered this amazing restaurant on Google Maps and immediately made a reservation. Let me tell you, it was totally worth the visit! The restaurant boasts a stunning view of the main streets, surrounded by skyscrapers that create a spectacular backdrop. The service was impeccable, with William as our server excelling at his job and even adding a touch of humor to our evening. Started with grilled beets salads. It was great. My filet mignon was cooked to perfection and paired beautifully with charred asparagus. Both my husband and daughter raved about their delicious spaghetti with meatballs, made with the freshest ingredients. Although we planned on indulging in dessert, we were all so full that we decided to save it for our next visit. Yes, we loved it that much! If you ever find yourself in the area, I highly recommend giving this restaurant a try. You won't be disappointed!

We were served the wrong dessert at first and it took a little while to get our correct dessert. Wait staff was lovely, just didn’t come around as often as I was expecting or would have liked. Overall I would definitely return and recommend Gibson’s.

It's been a while since we've been here, but the food is exceptional. Husband took me to a birthday dinner. Exceeded our expectations. Steak, ravioli, baked Alaska. The baked potato had truffle on top - amazing. Location is on the water. We still talk about this place to this day.

Came in to celebrate two birthdays on a weekday. Everything we ordered was amazing and fresh. The dining room on the 3rd floor has an amazing view of the river and downtown. The waiter and all other staff were very friendly and attentive. Highly recommend coming in for any special occasions.

This was one amazing restaurant. Located close to the river, you had a great view depending on seating. We visited this location for a friend's birthday. The venue was very scenic and put together. There was some bustle and really good energy in the restaurant. Our server was polite and quite amazing. The drinks were also delicious. I ordered a ribeye steak which was one of the best I've had. I also tried some of their fries which were delicious. They served a mashed potato dish which was also exceptional. The one complaint I have is the bathrooms. There appeared to a lack of them. There was usually a line if you tried to use the restroom. I would definitely visit this restaurant again.

One of the most amazing dining experience in Chicago downtown. Very elegant, good food , well presented , servers are also perfectly managed and well behaved. Even being a vegetarian got several options. Tiramisu is a must have!
