We’ve been three times now and they haven’t missed yet in our opinion! The portions are plenty and everyone is accommodating and professional! This past weekend alone we were celebrating my birthday and Bruce was an awesome hoot! His personality and attentiveness alone made our night that much better! Keep up the great work!

Ruth's Chris provided a wonderful experience for our 5th anniversary. Our server, Sasha, delivered excellent customer service, making our evening special. The crab cake appetizer was delicious, and the sweet potato souffle was amazing! The atmosphere in the dimly lit booth was perfect for our romantic dinner. We appreciated the complimentary dessert wishing us a happy anniversary. However, my only complaint is that there was little to no seasoning on my steak and her stuffed chicken. The manager visited our table several times, which was a nice touch. Overall, it was a lovely evening with just a minor setback on the seasoning.

I took my mother to Ruth’s Chris for her 70th Birthday and she had the best time! She raved about the food, the service (shout out to our server Bruce), and the ambiance! It was her first time dining with this restaurant and she said she definitely wants to come back. Thank you for helping me to make her big day so special☺️

I tried this Ruth’s Chris location with my husband for date night and it was phenomenal. We sat in the enclosed booth area which gave a nice amount of privacy. We actually had two waitresses (Mary Ann I believe and other girl started with a D? She had braids and was getting back into serving) they were both very kind and attentive. All of food came out at a good temp and was delicious. My husband enjoyed their old fashioned & I enjoyed my cocktail as well. I went with our waitress’ suggestion for my cocktail, but they were out of one ingredient-I didn’t mind it, but she offered me a different cocktail and it was very good. If I had anything to complain about, it’d just be to have a little less salt with the oyster Rockefeller. Overall, a great experience and we’ll definitely be back!!

The indoor temperature was uncomfortably cold, prompting all of us to keep our coats on throughout the meal. Additionally, the salad-to-ranch ratio was disproportionate, making it feel as though the ranch was dressed with salad rather than the other way around. The service, while courteous, was a bit slow. I need to highlight that they brought a chocolate lava cake with a candle for my birthday and that was super cute and all the desserts were delicious . Be mindful that a party with six people or more leads to a 20 per cent gratuity included in your final bill. Considering the high prices, certain aspects of the meal did not quite align with the value expected at this price point. With some adjustments, particularly to service efficiency and a warmer temperature during winter, this restaurant could better reflect the premium image it aspires to project.

Came to celebrate an early Valentine’s Day/ Husband Birthday we arrived for our 6pm reservation and only had to wait about 10 minutes before being taken down to our table( guess it’s the basement). The wonderful gentleman who escorted us to our table saw I was wearing heels and opted for using the elevator instead of stairs. While walking to our table one of our two servers, feel bad I forgot his name, greeted us even though he was busy with giving another table their drinks. Our second server (think her name was Deon) greeted us right away and was super friendly. She made sure we had everything we needed and since it was our first time here answered all my questions / her recommendations. We ordered drinks and apps . Hubby got the flaming oysters while I opted for the shrimp cocktail.My shrimp were a little tough. The drinks were delicious. Hubby got the chopped salad asked for ranch he loved it , I opted for the gumbo, it was ok(I’m from N.O. So I’m picky about gumbo) we both had the ribeyes , cooked perfectly, garlic mashed potatoes( lukewarm and had no butter or anything like pics I had seen) lobster Mac, Brussels sprouts and asparagus. While the steaks were great the sides were good but not the best I’ve had at a steak house. For dessert we decided to share a crème brûlée it was ok! I was a little disappointed because they said they would bring something to my hubby for his bday and our server even later asked us if he liked his surprise with the candle . When we explained we didn’t get anything she said she would bring it but hubby said it was all good because we already had the check and needed to head home. No fault of anyone just a little mix up . All in all it was a pleasant experience.

The food was great. and service never see to disappointed me... and I have to say the waiter was incredibly nice . He kept checking on us, and he even made sure we were okay. I wish I could remember his name, but he was extremely polite with such a great service. Love this place, and I will continuously come back.
