Midori & Jennifer were both notably attentive to my wife and I. Perfect score on service, and we are picky! The food was hot - and our steaks were cooked perfectly. I cannot emphasize how much I love this location. You cannot tell this Longhorn is a chain restaurant with how well they operate.

Very disappointed with his place. He used to be one of the top notch steakhouse chains in America. However, they've gone downhill. They were not very busy however had about a 40-minute wait. We decided to wait, after seated. It took literally 1 hour and 10 minutes to get our food. We are not the type of people to complain however, All the food was brought to us cold, 😔 refills were something we had to ask for multiple times. Our waitress did not get any help from anybody else, although the rest of the staff were not very busy. This used to be a nice place. But now overpriced low quality food, although the presentation was nice. Not sure if we will be back.

13 Sep ‘24 3:00 pm. Online to go order car side. Order was ready when promised. Lady who brought food out was super friendly. Wild West shrimp, couple of steaks, loaded baked potatoes, house salad, strawberry salad with raspberry vinaigrette, bread and butter. The Wild West shrimp appetizer was soggy, not the least bit crispy. Maybe undercooked? The steaks were tough as leather and tasteless. Desperately needed steak sauce but didn’t get any. Loaded baked potatoes were way over cooked to the point of burnt and were not loaded either. To call what we received loaded is a joke. The loaded part… butter, sour cream, cheese, bacon, and green onions… all of it was in one tiny little plastic condiment cup literally ALL together in one tiny condiment cup. What a laugh. The house salad was tiny tiny nothing like the online pic of the house salad/garden salad. Maybe a third cup of lettuce and a smudge of tomato and one tiny piece of cucumber and that was it. The strawberry salad was ok but the lettuce was not good. The bread was tough.

Service was good. Our server was attentive. The food was not bad, but some of it was not hot. The loaded makes potatoes were lukewarm. The bread was crumbly and not hot. It was not good. My steak was a little burnt in some areas and pink in others. The seasoning was not bad.

Went here for dinner had the big 22 oz along with a few other items I was sitting with three other people. The waitress was an older lady I know she had to work for a living or she would not have been there. I could tell she was not happy being there. I also get that people do have problems sometimes and sometimes they have to bring them to work with him You never know what other people have in their lives I hate hitting anybody hard so I will not give a name. But when she was asked for to bring an extra thing of bread to the table and some extra Caesar dressing and some stuff like that just minor things like A1 that was not on the table before she turned she was already rolling her eyes and you could tell she was not happy when she said h u h and turn away and walk to get the items still gave her a tip because I know she was working because she needed food for children herself money whatever I don't know. I am not a disgruntled customer I respect longhorn for their longevity and good food. Now that I write this I think I'm going to go back and give them a one star rating so I will get somebody to come back at me and allow me to suggest some things to them.

We arrived at opening time as usual, so there would be minimal waiting time to be seated. There’s plenty of parking with multiple handicap spaces. There is a handicap entrance for those who need one. The entranceway can get crowded quickly. They do have limited seating while you wait next to the entrance. The restaurant has a Western theme with country music playing. The music is loud enough to hear but not enough to be annoying when talking. There are multiple TVs on the walls. The theme reminds me of a cowboy dining hall. The restaurant is clean and well-kept. It has a family-friendly atmosphere. We didn't have to wait to enter and be seated. They opened right on time. We were greeted with a welcoming smile and a hardy hello. Sofia, our server, arrived quickly at our table and took our drink orders. Sophia was accurate with our order and consistently checked to ensure we were satisfied with the food and service. She made us feel like we were important. I ordered the 12oz parmesan-crusted chicken. It was flavorful, juicy, and very tender. The melted parmesan cheese on top was soft and creamy, with a hint of crusting from the heat. The two chicken breasts were sufficient in size to make two meals. The street corn is wonderful. It’s juicy with plump kernels. Between the butter and the seasoning, it’s an explosion of flavor every time a kernel pops. The broccoli was a little soft but not mushy. The peach tea had a great peach flavor but was high in calories. I can't wait to return to eat again and see Sofia. She makes every visit fun and memorable.

Half servers always seem so distracted and everyone including manager acts like they don't have the time. Overall foods been good every single time! And they're very accommodating for kids !

Worst Longhorns I’ve ever been to. Caesar salad was so heavy in dressing had to send it back. Steak was over peppered and room temp. Almost cool. Waitress was friendly and eager to please
