If you are in Savannah and in mood for seafood, this is the place to go. This is a very popular restaurant in the area. The food is exceptional and the service is top notch. You can sit inside or outside of this restaurant. It can be hard to get seating in the weekends. Located right in the historic district and in one of the vibrant and happening area of the city. It can get very busy around here in the weekend and no free parking.

I recently dined at Belford Seafood and Steakhouse, and it was an incredible experience! Every dish we ordered was outstanding—the steaks were cooked to absolute perfection, each arriving at the exact temperature requested. The food was incredibly fresh, and the drinks were good. What truly stood out was the exceptional service. Our waitress went above and beyond to ensure that our entire table was well taken care of. She was attentive, friendly, and made the whole dining experience even more enjoyable. This is truly a must-visit restaurant if you’re looking for delicious food, good drinks, and top-notch service. Highly recommend!

Zhakyiah was one of the best servers we ever had at any dining experience. She was so helpful and kind. The food was delicious. We will be back. They brought a complimentary bread pudding for my birthday and to say it was delightful is an understatement.

We ate here for our anniversary dinner while in Savannah. The food was mediocre for the price it should have been much better. Also for the price you shouldn’t be charged an extra $4 for a sauce that sounded like it came with it. I will not be going back. Extremely expensive and very okay food. Service was excellent.

If I could give this place 10 stars I would! It was that good. The food was so flavorful, from the bread, the appetizer and entree, to the birthday dessert I received. For appetizer, we got the brussel sprouts. There was so much depth of flavor. I got the fried chicken dish and that hot sauce they make in house is a crowd stopper. I wish they’d bottle and sell it. The greens were not overly salty and the mac and cheese was perfection. My compliments to the chef, seriously! I almost forgot about the drinks. They made a special drink since I wanted lemonade and ginger beer. It was so refreshing. The service was amazing and the staff was friendly. If I’m ever in Savannah again, I will be back!

We went to Belford after finishing the Every Woman’s Marathon for a celebration lunch. The manager was so personable and congratulatory. The waitress was attentive and really anticipated our needs. We had three small children with us and unlike many “fancier” restaurants the staff was kind to them and welcoming as well. The fried green tomatoes were DIVINE! Can’t say enough good things about our our experience.

Being born and raised in MD, and having recently moved to FL, these were the best most authentic jumbo lump crab cakes I've had south of VA in a long time!! Seems that southern style crab cakes tend to have bell peppers, or even corn at times, with no lump crab and mostly junk meat and filler. These were NOT the case! Very happy with the flavor, just wish they were a bit larger. Brunch on a Saturday wasn't hard to get a table even though we made reservations. Dog friendly patio with ceiling fans and great location for people watching. Crab cake benedict and crab cakes were good. Shrimp and grits were lackluster. It was a grit cake rather than creamy grits and just were dry and lacked flavor. Shrimps were fine, but nothing to write home about and the greens were the same. Espresso martini wasn't great, but the candied bacon Manhattan was good. So some hit or misses, but would be back for the crab cakes and other things.

My coworker recommended Belford's, and it did not disappoint. Our waitress Kelly was the best! Everything was delicious, and the atmosphere was cozy and romantic. Perfect for our wedding anniversary dinner.
