My husband and I went there for lunch. Got seated immediately. Service was very good. They took care of us immediately. They were sensitive to my husband‘s allergies of eggs and dairy, and made sure to make note of it. We both ordered hamburgers, got mine with a side of French onion soup and he got french fries with his. The burger was cooked as expected, medium well. The only problem I had with the burger was the lettuce they put on it a lot of broken pieces with hard centers, so I removed it and took it off my burger and put it on the side . The soup was hot and good.

I order from this place often but I think they may have changed cooks because my medium well Outlaw steak was very well done, I asked for no cheese on my salad and I have cheese on it. Really poor service tonight. No one likes to pay over $30 for a tough steak. I was just too tired to go back after working 12 hours and to think I tipped ahead of time for this.

This was a mixed experience. They were out of ribs, rice and Sam Adam's! The bread was warm and good. We ordered the onions .. we had to ask about them twice so they were not hot when they arrived. I think our waitress was new since she couldn't answer a couple questions. Positive: The steaks were very good. I had the ribeye and my husband had the T-bone. The grilled corn was good. Cons: The loaded baked potato was a real disappointment .. it was definitely NOT loaded. There was a tiny bit of cheese and maybe one piece of an herb. A sad amount of sour cream. When I asked for more, I finally got maybe a tablespoon more. We were charged extra for corn and my husband's Mac and cheese, which we should have expected. We haven't been to one of these in years but only chain restaurants were open, in this area, since it was Palm Sunday.

If I could give them no stars I would. A few friends and I went to celebrate my niece's birthday on 01/07.The service was horrible. First of all they had one person serving a party of 15. The waitress (Whitney P.) was horrible. She was obviously new whereas I have been to this location many times over the years and I've never seen her. I told her I was ready to order, she refused to take my order until everyone decided on a drink. Which took 45 min! She brought the others who ordered appetizers cold food. My niece ordered wings and fries. Took her 30 minutes to bring the wings. No fries. When asked to take the fries off since they were not given. She refused. Food was mediocre at its best. I will never step foot inside of this Longhorn. Since management has changed this location has went down hill!

But it literally felt like we were being held hostage at a point. Right after we got our bread, our food comes out. but not our salads..? I received my steak without even getting my salad first! As someone who currently works at a restaurant this just really had me puzzled. However this is not the first time I have received my main entree before my salad at this location which just felt even more disappointing. All of our food just came out at once which made it really hard to enjoy each course separately. I will say the food is always consistent, but the timing and service could really use some work. Thank you, but we will not coming back.

My ticket was over $75.00 then with a $10.00 cash tip it was my husband birthday dinner too.

They don't take reservations but you "can call in" ahead of time. Is that not a reservation? The lady at desk informed us that they don't get the table we want. Well... we just wanted a table to eat. Our waitress was nice and the food was good. The wait time and the table situation spoiled the evening. ** See empty tables, but they had 3 hosts that were standing around talking**
