The Capital Grille

I went for my anniversary and the whole experience was great, they made our night extra special with the decorated table and the dessert they brought out! Charlie was very knowledgeable, answered all our questions and helped guide us what to get. Both steaks were cooked perfectly and all the sides and appetizers we tried were great too. Overall, very impressed, would definitely go back!

We had an early bird special and my wife and I had a great time! The device was great and the food was better! Going early to beat the rush was good as well!

First, our server Brad was terrific; and the food was delicious — fresh huge seafood platter, and scrumptious sea bass with ginger rice (specifically made without sauce or veggies as requested). However, a few issues were noticeably “off.” Another server who initially brought bread to our table didn’t know whether any of the bread was dairy-free, so I asked if it was possible to find out. The rather unpleasantly provided response a few seconds later was simply “No” (as if my question was a major inconvenience). Also, etiquette experts suggest calculating gratuities based on the total BEFORE tax. But this restaurant bill clearly stated that their suggested gratuities are based on the total INCLUDING tax. This seems inappropriate for a fine dining establishment. (There’s a calculator on your phone…you can decide for yourself.)

Our waiter, Christopher was fabulous and our meal was delicious. I had a wonderful Tuscan blend wine and the entire wine list is amazing. I love Capital Grille. The food and service is consistently outstanding.

Went here for dinner the other day. I had a reservation and arrived right on time. I had to wait about 15 minutes for my table to be ready. I would recommend to have a reservation here, especially on weekends. The ambience and decor were nice. Our server, was great, he was knowledgeable of the wine list and menu. He answered all of my questions. The food was lacking flavor from the steaks to the sides. I enjoyed the African rock lobster and wine. My lamb chops were a little burnt the first time around, I was pleased I said something to the server who was able to have them remade for me, I truly appreciated that. Lastly, they do have complimentary valet.

Great dinner experience. Excellent service. Dinner portions are small but worth every bite. They were able to customize my meal with no dairy. We had the sea bass, roasted chicken, salad, shrimp cocktail, prosciutto wrapped mozzarella, creme brulee and seasonal berries. Highly recommend for a special occasion.
