An absolute must restaurant. We all thoroughly enjoyed service by Connor and greater by the lovely GM Cheryl. Pork chop was the hit of the night. My husband is still talking about it. Other pics is the buffalo chicken sandwich and the steak tips. Incredible evening and already trying to figure when we are going back!!

I CANNOT BEGIN TO EXPLAIN HOW AMAZING THIS PLACE IS!!! Had dinner here with my family tonight, and WOW. (PS I wish i took more photos) Our waitress, Yami, was an absolute ANGEL she was so sweet, on top of everything with the biggest smile on her face, seriously went above and beyond to make our night perfect. The food??? INSANE. The (white sauce) mussels & escargot were literally the best I’ve had in my entire life. Like… I will be dreaming about them. The Tuesday sea bass? Easily a 10/10. Melted in my mouth, perfectly cooked, just chef’s kiss along with the crab legs. And don’t even get me started on the espresso martinis… I order them anytime i get the chance & this was easily top 3 of all time. Perfectly smooth, perfectly strong, just perfect. If you haven’t been to Bimini Twist yet, run, don’t walk. Already planning my next trip out here!! I wish i was being dramatic.

To celebrate my wife and I anniversary I selected this restaurant due to its location, great reviews, and ambiance. It did not disappoint. From the moment we arrived we were taken care of by our waiter and other staff members. We started with Bang Bimini Shrimp as an appetizer. The shrimp was large and delicious. We ordered two drinks and they were on point. For the entree I order NY Strip with the lobster special and my wife ordered the Salmon. Everything was perfect! Steak was a 10, lobster was a 10, salmon was a 10. The restaurant even provided a dessert for our anniversary which was very nice. I will definitely return to try more items on the menu. This may be the best restaurant in West Palm Beach if you ask me. I definitely recommend this restaurant.

Our extended family has made this our go to place while vacationing in WPB area. The fish is fresh and steaks tender. Abundant wine selection. Early bird menu Sunday through Thursday.

My husband and I love dining at this place for our anniversary. The food is excellent. We enjoy it every time. The service is always excellent. We usually order an appetizer, entrees, and a dessert to go. We ordered the large calamari to take some home to the kids. I had the fish of the day, and my husband had a mixed seafood dish, which turned out to be a huge soup. We had no idea. I kind of wish there were pictures on the menu, but he ended up loving it. Everything was truly delicious. I ordered the bananas foster cheesecake (dessert of the day) to go and ate it the next day. It was yummy. We will continue to visit this restaurant. Regarding the atmosphere, it's always packed and loud.

This restaurant always delivers. The food and ingredients are top-notch and never disappoint. The customer service is outstanding. This evening we had Tabitha as our waitress and she did an amazing job. Cheryl the manager always takes the time out to introduce herself and make sure guests are well taken care of

Was down on business and ended up eating here three nights in a row. The food is outstanding. The ambiance is great. The bartenders are very good too. The tropical salmon with the crab meat is ridiculous. The sauce is so good. Also had the tuna and a steak. You can't go wrong.

We frequent dinners at Bimini Twist at least twice a month. Service and drinks are outstanding. We are always in awe watching the manager Cheryl walk through the restaurant like she knows everyone and makes sure that everyone is doing their job to the highest standards and yet makes everyone feel like they are right at home with all of the special attention they need. This is one of the few restaurants in the area that offers excellent food and a warm atmosphere however we would love an expresso after dinner to complete our dinner experience. I enjoy going for dinners and always bring our quests who visit. There definitely is a reason we have been going back for several years and highly recommend this restaurant.
