They had placed Happy Birthday confetti on our table. Super sweet gesture. Diego provided excellent customer service! Very friendly and attentive. Our bone in ribeye and lamb chops were cooked to perfection. Both were tender, with an explosion of flavors, served on a hot plate. We paired it with a loaded baked potato. My husband got a complimentary dessert for his birthday. The whole experience from beginning to end was top notch! Thank you for making my husband's birthday amazing!

That being said, an older gentleman who cleared our table was a delightful surprise. His warm demeanor and friendly chat made the end of our meal much more enjoyable. Wonderful experience. Very upscale, well trained and experienced wait staff. Kristopher was excellent. Perfect steak, great drinks. Will definitely be back! Only one thing could have been better, I spilled by Lemon drop martini after one sip, Kristopher didn’t return to the table for a good while, even though we were the only ones in the entire restaurant, (we arrived at opening time) …. He didn’t offer to take it off the bill, or replace it, he also left the dripping tablecloth on the table.

Hospitality was great! Food was real good, the steak was amazing!! Front of house staff were very welcoming and polite along with the staff scattered thru the building. Chris our server was great in professionalism. Definitely recommend.

We were given a gift card for Ruth’s and I admit, it has been years since we have been. Let me tell you I was completely blown away by the service we received on our date night. The food was delicious but honestly the service is what stood out for me. My ribeye was delicious along with the lobster mac and cheese and brussel sprouts. The spinach artichoke dip with the goat cheese is a must! My martini was perfect. All around a great meal. Our experience definitely made me want to return very soon!

Ruth's Chris Steakhouse Happy Hour M- F 4 - 6 PM in the Coctail Lounge. The menu includes a great filet steak sandwich that is well worth the visit. Also, the bar chips are freshly prepared and super tasty. Drink specials cap off this Happy Hour experience.
