Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar

Fleming's have constantly served excellent food. The new location is much bigger than the previous location. It has an amazing atmosphere however it was a little disappointing that some of the tables don't have table cloths while others do. Unfortunately, it made my dining experience feel less fine dining at my table without table cloths. On the other hand, the food and service is excellent. Everything was cooked nicely and seasoned nicely. The steak was at the right temperature, the lobster was not overcooked, the scallops were seared nicely without overcooking, and the cocktails, while expensive, were excellent and unique. Would definitely recommend coming here for special occasions or celebration since it is on the pricey side.

Tonight was our first time trying Fleming steakhouse. We came to this location in Tampa because it was the flagship store. This restaurant had a beautiful vibe. The inside was very elegant. We had a fantastic waiter, Mike! My son and I both ordered filet mignon steak. The steak was cooked perfect, we ordered it medium well. I also ordered the artesian butters, which went fantastic with our steak. My son had the lobster bisque soup. He said the soup was one of the best he had. Our server was very attentive and kind. Before we left, he let us know that we could make a reservation at the bar for wine tasting. I definitely will be back for that. Thanks Mike!

We had the pistachio crusted lamb, the main fillet with lobster, the trio of butters (the truffle butter was the best!), lobster bisque, French onion soup, Flemming’s potatoes, bacon Brussels sprouts, and the corn brûlée. We had the creme brûlée and carrot cake for dessert. Everything was absolutely delicious!

Being a huge lobster fan, I couldn't resist trying their Connecticut-style lobster roll for $28. This dish is served with fries, although you can upgrade to truffle fries for an additional cost. It did not disappoint! The lobster was incredibly fresh, and the roll came with warm, drawn butter on the side, making it a perfect and satisfying choice for lunch. Of course, I couldn't pass up my favorite bourbon, Garrison Brothers' Flemings Single Barrel, as a dessert.

Five Star service. From the moment you park to the moment you walk out after an amazing meal. Our server was so personal and so attentive. The constant feeling of being tended to was nice. It was my birthday dinner so they threw in some extra special pizzazz which made the experience even better.
