This was our first time here. We were celebrating our 4 year anniversary and it was absolutely amazing. The ambiance was really cool from the second we walked in. We were seated immediately in the lounge and Will took amazing care of us. We then did a tour of the kitchen and wine cellar where Bree and Iman did a very thorough job of explaining everything. We finished off in the dessert room where Emily was amazing and fun to talk to. We only had cocktails and a couple apps and then the dessert room, but everything we ate was phenomenal and we will definitely be back in the near future for a full dinner!!!

We have lived here for 6 years. Shortly after arriving we would hear people talk about Bern’s and we went to celebrate our anniversary. It has been our go-to restaurant for celebrating very special occasions and we have always had amazing service and excellent food and drinks. We have never even eaten in their main dining rooms—we always sit at the bar and have the best time. It is an experience and any cocktails I have ordered were perfect down to the last sip. We don’t mind splurging here because we know the meal will be on point. We split a Chateaubriand with the house salad, french onion soup, and baked potato. My husband does not like onions but he eats every drop of the soup. Everything is deliciously fresh. Their dessert room upstairs is a must. A kitchen/wine room tour is a neat experience I highly recommend.

Going to Bern’s Steak House is an experience one won’t easily forget! We went on a Wednesday and it was fully packed, super busy, and we really enjoyed ourselves. Unfortunately our server left much to be desired, he would forget drinks, messed up our orders (wrong soup, wrong salad, forgot wine tasters) and it truly felt like he wasn’t listening to us. It was very disappointing as this restaurant isn’t cheap. The steak itself was very very good, and we enjoyed the French onion soup. We requested table side Caesar salad but received premade salad, which wasn’t very good anyway. I noted majority of guests ordered the house salad and would probably get that next time. Was it the best meal I’d ever had? Definitely not. It’s a classic steakhouse vibe and the meat is treated well, but everything else is kind of traditional, it was good, but I think you go for the experience, not just the food. We did the tour of the kitchen and wine cellar, which was very cool. And then we did dessert in their upstairs restaurant, which is a crazy maze of circular booths, has a live piano player who took requests on a telephone, and we had great desserts and coffee to finish off the meal.

This is one of the top 5 meals I have ever had. And I have had some FANTASTIC FOOD IN MY LIFE. This is my new favorite steak house, hands down. The atmosphere is amazing. The lighting makes pictures tough, but helps make a great atmosphere. It was easy to see food. It was quiet enough that our table of 5 could all hear each other without effort. The server was FIRST CLASS! She was crazy knowledgeable. She never allowed a water glass to get below half full. We had a LOT of questions. She answered all of them with a smile on her face. Total professional. I have never seen a wine list close to this. I will just say there is a reason why wine spectator loves this place. The few we tried were superb. The Delmonico did NOT disappoint. It lived up to the billing and then some. I also highly recommend the Au Poivre sauce. It's slightly sweet pepper goodness was an enhancement to the meat. The Caesar salad was fantastic to me. It was a very strong tasting dressing, which I liked. A couple at our table thought it was slightly overpowering. I thought the cheese used was fantastic. Speaking of fantastic cheese, the blend used on top of the onion soup was delicious. That soup was one of the best onion soups I have had. Everyone at our table raved about their loaded potatoes. I was so full I never touched mine. It will be lunch in a few minutes. The green beans were.....well, as green beans should be. Not mushy salty garbage that most restaurants turn them into. They had a light crispness and a nice light seasoning. Reminded me of Chef Hans vegetable seasoning. High praise indeed!! The desert WHOLE SEPARATE RESTAURANT! Man, what a treat. The coffee Bern was fantastic. As was the sorbet, the cake and the mousse. Such an amazing array of deserts. The piano player was great playing a wide range of hits. From Queen to Elton John. He kept them coming. The phone with a "direct connect" to him was different but nice. I can't think of a better place to celebrate a special occasion.

This was our first time at Berns Steak House for a joint birthday. We had a really nice evening but wouldn't suggest the table we had as there was a dirty dishes tray/station behind us. Our waitress was wonderful, very friendly and helpful, she choose a wine for me by the glass and I'd love to know what it was because it was delicious. Our food was fantastic, we had 2 starters including oysters. They were nice but we had a couple that were not great size (small and should've been not used) would prefer better quality for all of them since they are expensive. The rest of our meal was just perfect. We enjoyed the kitchen tour and wine cellars tour, both a highlight for our birthdays. We will definitely be back but hopefully at a better table and better oysters.

Berns is an experience. We sat down for New Year’s Eve and we had a fantastic time. The steak was perfect, it also came with a soup, salad, vegetable, onion straws, and potato. Loved every part. Our server had us take the kitchen and wine cellar tour. They showed us their wonderful collection. After we went up to the dessert room. We enjoyed the bread pudding, espresso martini, and live pianist who was playing next to our table. It’s just wonderful.

Came here for my anniversary with my wife and loved everything. It was a very nice experience. Food tasted excellent, wine was delicious, and service was top notch. We loved the tour of the kitchen and then ending the night at the dessert room with the live piano music.

What can you say about Bern's that has not already been said. Much more then a resturant, It is an experience not to be missed. Be sure to get reservations and get there as early as possible, all parking is by valet. I had 5:00pm reservation and that have us plenty of time to thoroughly enjoy dinner. Of the many things that sets Bern's apart are the service (which is second to none), guided tours of the kitchen (6000 sq.ft) and wine cellar. The later is one of the largest private cellars in existence. Our tour guide said they had almost a million bottles available. Wines from the mid 1800's to today. Must be seen to be believed. Following the dinner, we visited the dessert room. Each table is enclosed within its own private booth. Be sure to have reservations here too and be prepaired to wait during peak times but it is well worth it. The attention to every detail and finally, the staff is amazing. Be sure to include Bern's for your next special occasion. You will not be disappointed.
