LongHorn Steakhouse

This is my first time to this location. I am very pleased with their attentive services. Their genuine smile and concern over my steak was overcooked, and instantly, the manager on duty Jeanette was fast to come check on our table. Our server Joseph was excellent. The chocolate stampede dessert is huge, no kidding !

I forgot how great this place really is. The FLAVOR of their Porterhouse is probably the best steak I've ever had, even compared to the really "high end" steakhouses. The mac & cheese is by far the best, nothing else comes close. Delcious salad with their house dressing. Generally I'm not a big fan of chain restaurants, but I've been eating at Longhorns for over 10 years all over Florida & they are extremely consistent with their food. Never had a bad item. Service is always top notch, never had a bad experience there either.

The soup was spilled, and the steak was too thin. I asked if it would be like outlaw the one I had before, and the server said yes just smaller, but I got something else. It was tasty, though. The cheesecake was great, but the whole plate was in the fridge with forks, and they just took the plate out to the table, so all the condensation got on the plate and forks. The mashed potatoes were good, and so was the steak, but it couldn’t be medium rare because it was too thin.

Not an enjoyable experience as the manager somehow found out he had left, no one actually covered our table so empty drinks no one checking on us. Not cool. Won’t be back. Positive note: the manager did comp both our meals. Just the whole thing left a bad taste in our mouths. Good manager tho to comp us. I don’t think there was anything more she could’ve done to compensate us. But shame on the dude skipping out early making the customers have to deal with such a mess. I’ll go to outback.

Had a Great Night with Family celebrating my mom's 78th birthday. They even got her a free sunday with extra spoons.I forgot to take a picture, but it was so cute! Thanks #1 Brian aka "Old Brian" that's what he called himself because I guess there are a lot of Brians, or was it Bryan, Lol.

The food was great I think the staff was shorthanded, but everything worked out well I had to send a steak back because it wasn't cooked well enough to my liking but it was cooked. Kid-friendly, they have high chairs and booster seats and it was pretty clean. Great place to take your family for a celebratory lunch or dinner!

Excellent menu selections, yummy ingredients. Attentive service, the young lady we had checked on us often. Clean, up-to-date, and stylized to suit the mood. A bit pricey, but overall worth the time spent in a quiet, classy environment .
