The food is so delicious 😋🤤😋 My first time eating here. I got the Roam Oysters which were amazing and full of flavor! Then I ordered the pasta with shrimp. It was so creamy and amazing. I ordered the wings to go, man when I tell you this food is amazing! I will definitely be back to try more. Christian was very friendly and made great suggestions! It's definitely a hidden gem 💎

Location is not the best and parking shared with a motel, also the inside deco is simple. If you can overlook these, then this could be a great steak house for you. The tomahawk steak and lamb chops cooked in perfection.

It was my 50th birthday and my husband said he wanted to try something different than my "usual" celebration spot. So I dialed up Google and Roam Steakhouse was first on the list. Reviews were great, but it's always a little scary in this day and age to try something new and risk wasting $120 bucks on mediocre food. So when we pulled into the parking lot, I got "the look". I used the birthday pull and went in. If you are looking for Salt Rock or Capital ambiance, this isn't it. If you are OK with a warm, comfortably lit smaller restaurant with booth seating and smooth low base jazxy tunes, this is it. We got there for happy hour (nice menu 4-6)and ordered off both the HO and dinner menus. There was also a special feature menu. I was craving the Italian Margarita from my usual spot so I went with what I figured would be a neon green bad tequila drink. Instead it had a mellow Citrus flavor and not acid at all! So I had 2! I ordered the HO crab legs and the signature salad. The legs were crisp and snappy with a tasty seasoned liquid and crusty garlic salt. Yum. So flavorful. The salad was not just a Cesar but a nice blend of lemon, sun-dried tomatoes and dressing. We shared and it was plenty. My husband, the retired meat cutter, did not have high hopes, but he went for the ribeye. Amazingly a well cooked, flame kissed cut came out and we ate every bite. Yes! A big soft baked potato came with it. When offered, I picked the chocolate lava cake with berries and ice cream. Again, excellent. The tables are close and we visited with our bench mates. It looks like there were several repeat customers. Very casual and comfortable. The server was new but she was fabulous. Attentive but not overbearing. The proprietor was serving as well and he stopped by to chat. Really nice man. You can tell it's his dream and he cares! We'll go back for sure! Don't let the location deter you. It looks sketch, but the meal was as nice as any downtown spot. After 4 drinks, salad, steak, potato, 2 bunches of crab legs and lava cake, the tab came out just over $100 bucks and it wasn't the dog and pony show of the chain steakhouse. We weren't rushed and I thoroughly enjoyed my first dinner in my 50s! We'll see you again soon! Cheers!

I've been looking for a good steak spot, and I think I found it. This is a surprisingly classy and comfortable spot not too close to downtown. I had the Filet with caramelized onions and sautéed mushrooms. This place doesn't play with their steaks. They had the toppings on the side to showcase that they could perfectly cook a filet and season it to perfection. Chevon and Christian were excellent hosts, which only added to the welcoming atmosphere. This is a must stop location for anyone looking for top-class cuisine and a relaxing drink with a decent list of wines and drinks.

If you think you know where there’s good food, you don’t know until you go here it is phenomenon. It’s a legit hidden gem. The service is top-notch family owned. Nothing more to say besides the best.

We had the most AMAZING time! The food was 🔥! From the moment we walked in the door, the owner accommodated us until we left. The food was so good! You have to definitely try the wings, parmasean Truffle Fries, steak & lobster! I can go on! Will definitely be back! Thank you Chris! We had such a great experience!

The wife and I hit this place up for a late Valentine's date. I was sick the week of Valentine's something awful, I'm not a huge a seafood guy but strangely after being sick and not eating anything for three days I was craving seafood. We got the wood fired oysters, coconut shrimp, lamb chops and then ordered some steaks. I absolutely demolished the oysters they had incredible flavor. The lamb was cooked to perfection and you can tell the man who seasoned and cooked the steaks was a absolute professional. This place is off the beaten path and provides some amazing cuisine and service. Bartender was on point with drinks. We will be back.

We decided on this restaurant based on the reviews we saw on Google and some feedback from one of the parties from the area that they had great food before having a brick and mortar location. We went on a Saturday night and they were not that busy. It started to get busy and after we were seated it took a while to by acknowledged and take our order. Service is lacking because 1 person is the one taking care of all tables. It seemed rhat he was overwhelmed and was not as friendly. He changed a bit as we got our meal. We got checked on twice but almost until the end of our meal. To add, we waited about 1 hr to get our meal. The ambiance is not what you would expect for a steakhouse, so be warned that if you want a fancy comfortable restaurant feel, you will not get that sort of ambiance. Now on to the food, it was good. Everyone enjoyed their meal and it was made with quality ingredients, good flavor, well made and good presentation. If you want to have a good meal and do not mind the wait or the different ambiance, you will sure enjoy your food.
