It is a great place. The atmosphere is magnificent. The service was friendly, and the pricing was good. The only issue was that my steak was ordered medium, and it arrived nearly well done and the potatoes were room temp.

Not sure where to start on how great this place is. This is my fourth time here and I've never had anything that wasn't fantastic. When you order your burger it comes out temperature correct and deliciously charred and JUICY (see video). The rolls are other-worldly; the butter is too sweet for me, so I skip it. The rolls by themselves are fluffy and hot. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and they memorize all the orders. The red pepper gouda soup is BANGING,, try it.

We love going to Cody’s Roadhouse for the yeast rolls in cinnamon butter, the huge house salads and the awesome menu offerings. My husband is able to find something he enjoys and, as a vegetarian, I enjoy the many veggie friendly options offered here. They have many specials throughout the week like BOGO Fajitas, kids eat free on Mondays and Tuesdays and Wednesday is the Sirloin Steak special for $14.99 which includes two sides! Our order: I usually get the baked potato and salad - both under $10.00! My husband usually orders the half chicken dinner with salad and a baked potato. Salad seemed water logged and old and not fresh, the potato soup isn't available all the time anymore and the Italian wedding soup just fell flat in place of the potato soup. Rolls were warm and standard. Coffee cups brought out were cracked on both sides of the cup and probably should not have made it to a customer. Disappointing visit.

Busy place, but nice friendly wait staff. Food was good, I had ribs which did fall off the bone. They were a little dry so I asked for extra sauce and that made it great. Salad was good, but not much more than iceberg lettuce, but with an excellent dressing. Baked loaded potato was very good, but could not taste the bacon . Will definitely be back.

I brought someone here who has never been and they said this is their favorite St Pete restaurant so far! I was slightly disappointed with my margarita because it tasted like barely any alcohol if any was in it. I asked if they could add more and they refused. It tasted like lemonade and margarita mix. Moving on I have to say Tony Parker made the dining experience better because I feel like the bartender could have offered a different drink at the very least since I didn’t even drink any except a sip but she refused. Tony our server was very polite and I could tell he felt bad about the situation but I didn’t make a big deal about it and I just purchased another drink. I understand when you’re working with a kitchen and bar staff how it can be. He went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and the food was amazing.

Very fun eclectic place. The food was excellent & our waiter Chris was awesome. The large beers are LARGE. Draft selection was decent. Good specials & appz. The rolls are killer! There was no one rushing you, just get in there & enjoy your beers & food & enjoy. Out door seating area as well.
