Me and my family were here for dinner and a birthday celebration September 11th. Two of us decided we were not going to eat so we were informed that it would be a $10 sharing charged if we share food without ordering hibachi. That was fine but the manager stood and watch us from the bar the entire time and we he couldn’t watch he had the bus boy takeover! On top of that we had someone join us late in the dinner sitting at the table behind us. She ordered food that was not prepared in front of us and separate from us and was still charged 10% gratuity. My biggest issue is the cleanliness of the restaurant it could use a good cleaning! The grills have old food in the cracks and crevices 🤢

Both of our meals were extremely salty and my chicken was rubbery on top of that yum yum sauce was so disgusting. We were nice and told the waitress that we didn’t like our meal hence we didn’t even touch it and she said I came over and asked if you liked your meal and you said it was good… she even added an 18% tip onto our bill even though we didn’t touch our food she argued with us.. and I had to pay $32 dollars and my friend had to pay $40 dollars. Never returning. So expensive and such a waste…

We had an excellent time. Hibachi was great, chef was entertaining and food was delicious. For the people in the reviews complaining about the 18% gratuity, it says it right on the giant roll down menu they show you. And 10 bucks if you share or take a chair at the table seems reasonable to me. Learn to read people. We will definitely return!

I had been planning to come here as I live to try food in New places. I was confused with the big drop down menu with the prices being well over the average for this type of restaurant. Once again, I question why the upcharge on fried rice as the only thing extra is soy sauce on the grill. Majority of these type if chains do not charge for fried rice as that is a staple for three cuisine. My food wasn't tasty at all. It was one note and salty. I won't return with this type of cost and taste.

Food was ok. Didn't notice how salty it was until I got home though. Had to drink multiple bottles of water. Environment and customer service, what you would expect at a Hibachi. Would have gotten a higher rating from me if only the price was more reasonable. Meal for four and 2 kids shouldn't run $300. Will never be back.

Baron restaurant and one table being served. Four of us went for dinner. Asked for sushi to start. Waitress was disgruntled and told us that sushi wasn’t available at this location. Went in to order edamame. We asked for small plates to put some soy sauce in. That took five minutes and then we started to place our orders. She got to the third order and then suddenly said…I am deciding not to serve you???? We asked why? I asked to please speak to manger. She said no. I asked for her name. She said no. I took a picture of her. She started yelling at me. I got up from the table and looked for a manager. Saw a bus boy who told that there was no manager. I then asked the bartender. He said there isn’t anyone, but her. I asked the hostess and she told me that she had only been working there a short time, but that she wouldn’t there any more past this night. The whole experience was bizarre. We’ve been to this location in the past and to the one in Dania Point. Neither of which were great to begin with, but the kids were in the mood for hibachi. Again, place had one table going at 7ish, so it won’t be long before the doors close. But I just wish there was a good local hamachi….like the old Japan Inn or what Benihana’s was when I was a kid.

New to the area and checking out new places to eat. Was in the mood for some hibatchi so decided to check Saito's out. Came on a Saturday night with no reservation. We were sat quickly. Staff was friendly and helpful. Our hibatchi chef was great and the food was delicious. I definitely recommend coming in.

Trying to have a good time with my family but I had to observe the manager talking with one of the employees in the worst way I ever seen, She basically screamed all the employees but specifically one young girl for everything. This person needs to learn how to talk with others before be the manager. Do not recommend to go to this place. This is a short video of her so you can recognize her.
