Okay okay!! The food was delicious! I am a very picky eater but this was pretty close to perfect! It’s a very cute small location that I will definitely be coming back to! I would also like to give a BIG thank you to my server Barbie, she was amazing and so sweet.

I had been wanting to go here for a while now, and today was the day. It was a little bit of a drive from my place, but it was worth it. The service was good and the food came out fast and hot. I enjoyed the food. The menu was pretty large, which made my decisions a little difficult, but I settled for the traditional eggs Benedict. The fresh squeezed O.J. was good too but quite expensive. Overall, I liked the whole experience and would drive over again.

Barbie is amazing. She was super sweet and very attentive. She took our order and our drink order very promptly and she even gave us a whole bottle of champagne for our lychee mimosas for $10 less. If you visit please try to get seated with Barbie!!! LOVE HER. Definitely do the shrimp and grits.

Breakfast with the “kids.” Love the Hen and the Hog. The Fruity Pebble French Toast was a Special today. Made my own Omelette which was fantastic. Make sure to ask to be seated in Juliet’s section. She did a fantastic job. Glad she told us the Specials. The 5 pork skillet was a big hit with my son-in-law. We make sure to hit the Hen and Hog each trip to the area. Be sure to add it to your list of spots to eat

This has been the best breakfast place I’ve been to in a really long time! The food was amazing and our server Barbie was absolutely phenomenal If you come, I definitely recommend requesting her. She made the experience 10 times better. I will definitely be coming back!!

We were in Pompano for a short trip and went to The Hen and the Hog for breakfast. Our expectations were definitely exceeded! My husband had the shrimp and grits and I had Brisket Benedict. Ask for the secret items that are not on the menu, I promise you won’t regret it! We found out by coincidence and had a wonderful breakfast. Our server (Katrina I believe) was wonderful, attentive and helpful. Definitely recommend!

The orange juice was freshly squeezed, and the lychee mimosas were yummy. We will definitely visit this establishment again.

LIZZIE our waitress was amazing. The country fried steak was out of this world. The biscuits and gravy was great and my wife’s French toast fruitopia was also amazing. Such a friendly place with a small mom and pops feel.
