UPDATE: Did To Go instead of dining in and pick up.service was easy, fast and convenient. Food was ready on time and prepared as ordered. Plenty of pick up numbered parking & check in was easy. Changing stars to 5 for service & quality. Ordered the bone in ribeye and the porterhouse with lobster, caesar salad, mac & cheese and loaded baked potato. Got home, set the table and food was well seasoned, still hot and initially cooked to perfection at pick up. A little disappointed that we should have ordered the steaks a little less done than medium as by the time we got home they were almost well done. Still delicious and tender and juicy. Bottom line, dining in or take out/to go its obvious there is kitchen QA and great service. Waited a long time for the opening & then waited a couple of weeks for the crowd & long wait times to decrease. Has all the cleanliness and bright sparkly new decor of a built from the ground new restaurant so no surprises there. The front of the house greeting station seemed a little hectic if there's alot of people waiting so probably could use more space. The front greeter was warm & welcoming and handed us over to a cheerful server. Seating tables is a tad too close together for me, but was comfortable and clean and was a pleasure to sit with spanking new unsticky condiments. Was not a special occasion, the four of us just out for a long awaited great steak dinner. We all ordered the fire grilled bone in ribeye medium well, mac & cheese with the delicious bacon & 4 cheeses. Other than variances in the degrees of "medium" doneness (mine was almost welldone & another was barely medium), the steaks were delicious & seasoned well. The food appeared and looked exactly like the menu - presentation was spot on. Our server checked on us without us searching for her and she was very familiar with the menu so was able to give us good recommendations that sounded real. For a newly opened restaurant service seemed smooth and the servers were friendly and seemed well trained. Of the three chains (Outback, Texas Roadhouse), Longhorn is my preferred chain steakhouse so I am happy to have one opened close by. Parking is adequate but could use a couple more handicapped spaces. Bonus: location is key. Despite being immediately in front of the newly built BJs & next to new Miller Ale House and right across from the I-95 access ramps, the new traffic light helps to keep entry/exit moving. Tip - dont try to enter at the left median turn facing oncoming traffic, just drive the barely 200 feet to the traffic light and make the legal U turn or enter at the BJs entrance.

We came in around 8:30 pm, and the service was very slow. It took 15 minutes for someone to come by and get our drink order. The server was nice, but our food came out lukewarm because it was so slow to come to our table. The steak had so much seasoning on it that it was inedible. It went beyond flavor and into extremely spicy territory - even after scraping off most of the spices. The fries had so much salt that we couldn't eat those either. Cleanliness was very bad. We watched a server sweep under multiple tables with a broom, then use that same broom to sweep the seats of the booths off. Very unhygienic.

I had the chop steak dinner. My friend had the steak. The attached picture is the house salad that came with the meal. I also ordered a delicious baked potato. The server was great. Food came fast. Bill less than expected. Nothing left on the plates. Not one complaint. I will be back.

My wife and I went out for date night and to celebrate our recent promotions, and decided to try Longhorn. At first everything was good, but after we ordered our server pretty much forgot about us. My wife ordered the Burger cooked medium, I ordered the Porterhouse cooked medium. After waiting almost 30 minutes we finally got our food. Her burger was cooked good, my steak was a thin piece of shoe leather. It took 10 minutes just to get ketchup for her fries, and our server decides to drop off 3 Cokes towards the end of it. After being there for over an hour, I ended up taking my 2nd steak home for dinner. This one was at least cooked properly, but was still a sub-par steak for being a steakhouse. Very bad first impression to say the least. I can think of much better places to spend my money in the future.

The young ladies at the front desk were not welcoming at all. They did not greet you as you are supposed to be greeted when entering an establishment. The restaurant was not crowded at all. I waited to be served for exactly 17 minutes before I was acknowledged. When the food came out the soup and the spices nuggets were entirely too salty. I could not eat them. I ordered a full rack of baby ribs it too was cold and also very salty. This is my second time visiting this establishment. My first experience was also extremely bland so I decided to give another go around and I experienced the same ordeal. It probably will not make a difference to the establishment whether I visit again or not. I will not make it a third time. Staffing needs to be taught manner on how to greet guest when entering an establishment . I guess what you see is what you get. I truly do not recommend Long Horn Steakhouse in Palm Coast, Florida.

We shared a plate of parmesan chicken and steamed broccoli. It is very delicious. This picture was taken after I already started eating it. Couldn't wait 😃

The food was great! The service left a little to be desired. My dad and I decided that we would take a high top table by the bar so we could be seated sooner after waiting longer than the quoted wait time. It happens. Once we were sat it took the bartender a while to come greet us and she seemed a bit rushed. The bar wasn't that busy at the time. I don't know if they were short handed but there were 2 bartenders working from what I could see. Everything else was great.

Best steak I have had in a long time! Ordered a less expensive filet and it was better than Outback and Texas Roadhouse specialties. The bread was also fresh and hot - a nice change from the dry loaf from Outback or the small yeasty rolls at Texas RH. Overall, Longhorn was great!
