The selection of meats is outstanding perfectly cooked and served fresh to your table. The salad bar is also excellent, with high-quality options. Service is top-notch, with attentive staff ensuring a great experience. Parking can be tricky you might find street parking, but I highly recommend using the valet for convenience. Overall, a fantastic Brazilian rodizio that’s well worth the visit!

Everything here is delightful and delicious. Double DDs. Legendary. Great dining, atmosphere, service, variety of flavors, textures and colors. Salad bar is well kept. The meat wasn’t always hot but the flavor was always there. Excited to come back soon. Loved the convenience of the valet.

What a great experience at Chima’s! We brought our family from New York here and they were so impressed with the dining experience, the quality of meats and salad bar, and the excellent service from start to finish. What a gorgeous atmosphere & live music on Saturday night!!!! Definitely worth the price- come hungry!

Absolutely the best Brazilian Steakhouse in Broward County! The food is authentic, plentiful and delicious. And I'm Brazilian, so I know what l'm talking about. Great and friendly service from the hostess station all the way to the Gauchos. Guilherme the manager made sure we were well taken care of. Our server Jhoan was very attentive and always present, thank you Jhoan! We felt very welcomed and pampered by everyone we came in contact with. We will surely be back and highly recommended Chima. Obrigado!

I went to this steakhouse with my colleagues from work (about 14 of us came) The atmosphere was beautiful (there was live music outside and the ambience was warm) and the food impressed. I am a foodie, and I for sure had a great time. I cannot eat much in one go so because of this I couldn’t try out as many meats as my counterparts did. While the experience was great, I just did not appreciate that we had to wait about 45 minutes despite having a reservation for 8:40PM. I imagine for a smaller party, one would not need to wait as long. Highly recommend.

I usually have a fantastic time at Chima. From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with beauty—the stunning tree adorned with lights creates a warm and elegant ambiance. Everything about the restaurant exudes sophistication. The service inside is exceptional, and the food is absolutely outstanding. Fresh salads, perfectly cooked meats, and a grilled cheese with honey that I can’t stop thinking about—it’s all unforgettable. The garçons are not only attentive and kind but also quite easy on the eyes, making the dining experience even more enjoyable. However, my experience on Valentine’s Day left me a bit disappointed, particularly with the bar service. The bartender stationed outside (a white male with light brown hair) was unnecessarily rude when I simply asked for directions to the bar. He dismissively told me there was no happy hour because it was Valentine’s Day, as if I wasn’t aware. He acted like a gatekeeper. Fortunately, I had called earlier to confirm that happy hour was indeed available. Once at the bar, the service didn’t match the warmth and attentiveness I’ve come to expect from the waitstaff—Angel, in particular, always stands out for his excellent service. That said, a later shift bartender from Bogotá, Colombia, with impeccable skin, truly made a difference. Despite the busy atmosphere, he was friendly, welcoming, and professional, which helped turn the experience around. Overall, Chima remains one of my favorite spots, but I hope the bar service improves to match the exceptional dining experience.

I loved the restaurant, beautiful atmosphere, friendly staff, delicious food, versatile salad buffet and excellent quality meats. My family and I were very well received by Daniel from corporate and Ashley, and very well served by Fábio, Carlos and João Jorge. I will definitely be back and recommend it to everyone!
