Fogo de Chão Brazilian Steakhouse

Absolutely love this place! The food is amazing, and the customer service is even better. The atmosphere is super cozy, and the low lighting makes it such a relaxing spot to eat. One of the staff members came over to our table and made sure we tried their cheese with honey—it was incredible! Little touches like that really make the experience special. I made a reservation for 5, for myself and some family members since we were in town for a funeral. Upon arrival the Hostess, a young man with glasses and braces I believe, told us that our table would be ready in 5 mins. We asked him if we could wait at the bar and he said yes. 10-15 mins later I asked him about our table again. He said “oh! I forgot.” Then immediately proceeded to point to the closest table to him. It was right next to the bar, with 4 chairs. I asked him if that was the table for my reservation and he shrugged his shoulders and said yes. I then asked him if he even looked at my reservation because it was a table for 5 and that table was for 4. He told us to hold on, went and spoke to someone, then directed us to another table. Andrew was our server. The restaurant’s atmosphere/decor was nice. My old fashion was good. The Lamb lollipops were barely seasoned. Some of the other things that we ordered we did not enjoy either. When we were done I asked if they had military discount and was told yes. A couple minutes later a completely different server came to our table and she said that the manager, Sam, said the military discount was for meals only and since we ordered “bar food” (burger with fries, lamb, tacos, empanadas, sliders, extra grits and several drinks) we could not get a military discount. My first confusion was why a manager would send a messenger to inform customers of this rule/policy. The second was how all the food we got still monetarily equated, if not more, to the meals we would have gotten. Unfortunately, due to the service, we will not be revisiting nor recommending this place.

Me and my husband came for Valentine’s Day and we had a great time, food was fresh and delicious! Staff was attentive! Our waiter was on it!! I want to give a shout out to Nelson, he took care of us and gave absolute great service the whole night, even asked what specific meat we wanted and made sure we got it! Definitely will be back to this location!!

It was a very good experience, If you are a steak lover this is the place they do have other options. They have a great salad and cheese bar with allot of selections. Out server Lesly was very attentive the service was awesome.

Went in for a galentines celebration with my Gals. We were promptly seated. Greeted by our server Andrew. He was so attentive and kind. Explained the service options and what to expect with the dining experience. He was kind enough to bring us empty plates to get started. We had many carvers come and offer an array of meats … Nelson was great! He personally came over and offered to take a picture of us before the night was over. He was so funny and accommodating. If we needed or wanted a particular meat Andrew was sure to have it sent over. Great experience .

I have had an amazing experience here. My family and I have been to Fogo de Chao 4 times and we haven’t had any complaints at all. As soon as you go in the restaurant, you get an amazing vibe and everyone is so sweet and helpful. All four times I’ve had Leika and Valerie as my waiters and I’ve never seen people who are so attentive to people before. Valerie is full of energy and made us all feel at home. Leika was very patient our first time coming because everything seemed so confusing. I honestly never do reviews but I’ve been amazed. We had a server named Nelson who truly made us feel like we could ask for anything. He asked us if we wanted any specific meats and brought it right out for us and he took so many pictures for us for memories. These three honestly deserve medals for how they treat people. These meats and salad bar were amazing as well and I had never seen so many amazing foods to choose from. I would recommend Fogo de Chao to anyone who wants to celebrate a special occasion or just have a casual dinner.

Treated my husband to a birthday surprise. Had the best experience. The food was delicious. The service given by Nelson Steven and Jack and Luis was amazing. I 100% recommend this place💕🎂🎂🥳🥳🍾🍾
