One of the many Italian joints in ft lauderdale by the sea. I loved the food, especially the garlic bread, which is really good. However, I was not impressed by how the herb oil and bread were presented. - Italian point of view as well (girl friend) I thought the clam sauce was delicious however, the chicken francese was not authentic. The sauce appeared to be added to the chicken after it was cooked vs. It being cooked in the sauce and lacked flavor. Good ambiance !!! Good service!!

I can't say enough good things about Anthony's Clam House and Grill. This place came highly recommended by a friend who eats here regularly, and I can see why. At the time my mom was turning 90 on 11/21/24. We were looking for a nice place to have her birthday party. Our family of 16 came in from all over the country to attend. The owner Walter was so amazing, along with Louis who helped us plan a wonderful menu, appetizers, main dish, mini tiramisu and we were allowed to bring in our own birthday cake at no extra charge. The prices ranged from $40 a person and up. Each level offers something different. We paid separately for our drinks which were reasonably priced. Walter and his staff were extremely friendly and the service was amazing. Jessica our server along with her assistants worked very hard and never stopped. We started with 3 Appetizers- We stated with Italian Meatballs in Red Sauce with fresh Ricotta- The meatballs had lots of flavor and the Ricotta added a creamy texture. Then on to Fried Calamari which was cooked perfectly, very tender, crispy and light. Even the tentacles were delicious. Thirdly, Clams Casino-they were stuffed with prosciutto,provolone, roasted peppers, onions, garlic, and Italian seasoned breadcrumbs. These stuffed clams had so much flavor. On to our main course. We had a choice of 6 dishes. I chose their Clams and Mussels in a Creamy Champagne Sauce.Manila Clams & Prince Edward Island Mussels sautéed with spinach in a creamy champagne sauce topped with crispy prosciutto. Served over linguine. I loved my dish. It had so much flavor and depth. My bf and daughter both ordered their Chicken Francese- Egg battered, in a lemon, butter & white wine sauce served with spaghetti. My bf cleaned his plate. My brother and Uncle both ordered their Chicken Parmigiana- fried, lopped wilh marinara & mozzarella Grande served with spaghelli marinara.They both loved it. My Aunt, Uncle, and Son-in-law ordered Veal Marsala- Sautéed with fresh mushrooms & Marsala wine sauce served with spaghetti. I got to taste this and the veal was very tender and the sauce was so good. My Aunt ordered Brazino Acqua Pazza- Mediterranean Bass topped with sautéed cherry tomatoes, kalamata olives & Evoo served with spinach. This was one of the best Branzino’s I’ve ever eaten. It was very fresh and light. For dessert we had my mom’s birthday cake which they happily put a sparkler in and plated, along with their mini tiramisu which was very delicious. They have two rooms. The first room has a large rectangular bar and tables. The second room is large and can accommodate two parties plus regular dining. They put black table cloths, and napkins on the tables. We had plenty of room for all of us. My mom was over joyed and loved everything! We all had a wonderful time and can’t wait to return.

But please just take a breath and relax. This place is so so so good. Service is good and Quin is just terrific. Ryan gosling vibes. Unpretentious, knowledgeable and very helpful. Awesome. I came her with a taste foe my favorite mussels but was so enamored with the chicken pesto Special that I went with that instead. Oh my word in heaven! Are u kidding me? Now let's be real, the dolop of mashed potatoes was meh and the charred asparagus was good not great, But...the chicken pesto was OMG amazing like I cannot describe. Literal heaven. So I was not bothered by the potatoes and asparagus. Oh the cocktails. I had 2 fabulous glasses of red sangria. Oh my word. Are you serious? Just too delicious for words. It's a staple I cannot live without. Clam chowder needed some salt. In fact that was soet of the theme foe tonight's meal: 60% of the food needed it. Now, like I said, I have been here a million times and this is the only time that anything needed salt. Maybe a new cook? It's fine. Add salt you'll be fine. Service, food all of it just so good. Now, real talk: it's so cold in there. The 3 of us were f r e e z I n g. I saw plenty of people in short sleeves and typical Florida attire. They looked fine but we were just so cold. Bottom line: yes of course we will be back. This is such a fabulous restaurant, I would be devastated if I never came back. Highly recommended. You must come here.

I had the mahi mahi fish pan seared in lemon with white wine sauce, cherry tomatoes and capers with sautéed spinach which was also superb, nice and fresh and tasty , My wife had the Linguini Vongole Clams with white wine , garlic and EVOO sauce also excellent . The owner came to our table and sat down to make sure all was fine . A great experience we are sure to return
