This restaurant exceeded my expectations! I am usually disappointed with restaurants like this in touristy spots …but this one was incredible! The steak was seasoned perfectly- a rare find (no pun intended) in the Tampa Bay Area, in my humble opinion. The truffle cream and truffle Mac and cheese were so so good and I recommend them both. Vanessa was our server and she was so friendly and sweet, and the chef and manager (maybe the owner?) came to check on us as well. It was truly one of the best experiences I’ve had at a steakhouse and maybe at any restaurant in the last 8 years I’ve lived in the Tampa Bay area. A gem!!

Our time at blinkers was an amazing experience! The server we had was Chelsea. She was super friendly, attentive, and had such a great personality! The chef brought out a porterhouse on fire ! And cut and served it right at the table! It honestly was the best steak I think I’ve ever had! No exaggeration! The manager Perry made sure everything was perfect! They even came up with a super cute personalized saying for my desert plate -which also was on fire!- as we came to celebrate me opening my lash studio Glam’d by Gabi! Definitely will be back!

One of the best steaks I have ever had in my life!! We got the filet mignon with the whipped garlic potatoes and the carpaccio appetizer. Would 100% go here again in a heartbeat. Michelle was our waitress and she was the kindest soul. Great staff and service!

Disappointing. Especially for the price. Our lobster bisque was good, but my main course of scallop & Lobster risotto was not. The scallops were tough, overcooked and fishy tasting. Definitely not fresh seafood. Our waiter was friendly, but did not check on us or ask if the food was ok. I would have sent it back had he inquired.

We had an amazing experience here! It started with a friendly hoost that stated us, our waitress, Michelle, was an excellent ambassador! Our food... O MY was it good. I had the porterhouse, and it was cooked to perfection! The manager Mike delivered and prepared it for me. Everyone in our party in our group loved what we had! Thank you all for this end to an amazing day.

Dylan was the best server I’ve ever had the pleasure of doing business with. He was fun, helpful, and what you want in a server. Get this guy a manager position to train the staff. His suggestions were perfect, the meal was great! 5 stars for sure!!!

Food was outstanding, especially the steak. Nice overall setting for any type of dinner (Social, business, etc). Service could have been better (getting drinks, main course came out a few minutes after the appetizer), but I'll give it a free pass as it was very busy and our server had several large tables. I'll definitely go there again.

Upon arrival our reservation was listed wrong in the computer so our table had been given away. Luckily I had my confirmation so they honored our table. Mike (mgr) did go out of his way to accommodate us and make us feel very welcomed, and Angie (waitress) provided a very pleasant experience. For an upscale venue some linens would be nice. Eating off the raw table cheapened the atmosphere. I ordered the NY strip med rare and it arrived medium well and was tough. Steak knife was bent and barely cut butter. No salad dressing choices, house only. Overall it’s a convenient location if you’re staying right on the strip and the staff is very kind and outgoing. We chose not to return due to the high price of subpar steak quality & lack of proper cooking temp. Dessert was good.
