LongHorn Steakhouse

Never really had the opportunity to eat at LongHorn before, but glad I gave it a try. The waitresses were super friendly and on top of checking in on us whether it was seeing if we needed new drinks or if our food was ok. (Even the manager was very understanding and polite when helping us with a slight problem.) When we first ordered the food (Crispy Chicken Sandwiches with a Side). It was way over seasoned. One bite was like taking a spoon of seasoning to the mouth. We asked if we could get it redone with no extra seasoning. (Yes that is what we asked 😅) and the manager said of course that it is normally heavily seasoned. Now the second time the food came out it was absolutely perfect. You could actually taste the chicken along with the flavors from the breading without it being too much. The blend between was perfect. Just next time before I finish my order next time I dine in.....I will ask for it not to be heavy on the seasoning, but I absolutely plan to return for future meal one day.

Jacob was my superstar server when I treated myself to Longhorn Steakhouse recently. He was professional, polite and kept my glasses filled while being courteous. I was planning on ordering a steak. But so glad I ordered the lamb chops. Because the roasted tomato garlic herb sauce on the lamb chops was 10 stars! WOW!! Mighty tasty! And very different from other lamb toppings! Thank you Longhorn Steak House Palm Harbor and Jacob for an outstanding dining experience. I will return!

Tonight, we got an unexpected visitor in our Caesar salad, made us sick. the waitress was grossed out and removed the salads. she was very apologetic and said the manager would be right over. we didn't see her or the manager until we finished our meal 20 minutes later. The manager looked disheveled and rude. Sorry, it happens. I gave you a $12.50 or 25% discount on the meal. Have a good night. What's in your salad

Chopped steak covered with mushrooms.. Caramelized onions and gravy with a fresh salad ... Ranch on the side (Best Ranch ever). I had mashed potatoes...mom had rice pilaf and dad had a baked potato. Our waitress was pleasant and attentive. It was located in New Port Richy. I will absolutely go back 😋

This has been the #1 restaurant we have been to so far on our driving trip from Minnesota. I had the Firecracker, wife had a steak & daughter had the chicken tenders. Tracy was our hostess and was top shelf, excellent lady from start to finish. This world needs more people like her! A special "Thank you" to her!!!

This was my first time in here and it was awesome 😎. Our server, Taylor, was very sweet and helpful as well as thoughtful. She gave me extra lemon and ice for my water. She also brought an ice cream for my boyfriends birthday 🥳 which was really cool 😀 we'll definitely be back

I love dining here at least once a week. Daniel is an excellent server. I personally love the salmon, while my boyfriend enjoys steaks or ribs. The food is consistently good as well as the service.
