Wow! What an amazing dinner and experience! The food was awesome- but what made it so special was our server Jade. She was so knowledgeable, kind- and the perfect balance of attentiveness without making us feel rushed whatsoever. Great memories made and would absolutely recommend for a special night out that you won’t forget!

For our first time dining here, it was overall a very good experience. Our server was very kind and explained things to us thoroughly. We were dining with a family member who had certain dietary restrictions, and our server was very helpful with this. Three of the five of us in our party enjoyed the sea bass special and cleared our plates completely! Their ice cream was to die for as well!! We will certainly be back :)

Had a lovely brunch for Labor Day weekend and was impressed with the food. They have gluten free options and portion sizes were larger than expected. Service was exceptional. Emely was so wonderful. She was kind, attentive and made our experience special. The ambience is nice and upscale. Can’t wait to return!

Had a fabulous and delicious dinner here two times so far. Its our hidden local date night. Cassie is great, handled her torch like a real woman. Our server was lovely too (sorry I forget her name! Reddish hair w bangs) I only eat seafood and she gave me a bunch of 'hidden' options I didn't see.

Wife and I had an awesome experience at the Nutcracker Tea! I'm glad wife asked me to come. After starting off with champage, we had wonderful mint chamomile tea to go along with a great assortment of holiday treats, including a scone, tart, and other sweet goodies, as well as a sandwich and a ruben. Thanks to Robyn, who added a chicken option after wife requested a substitute for the tenderloin sandwich. Fantastic, attentive, friendly service. I wasn't sure if there was lipstick on my tea cup or if it was just poor lighting.. but the server immediately replaced the cup.. As an added benefit, there were pre-wedding pictures taken just outside of the restaurant. Very exciting. We can't wait to try out the upstairs bar! Thank you.

We happened upon the HEW as we stayed at the Fenway as we dropped a boat off for service in Palm Harbor. First of all the hotel is so quaint, and the staff is so welcoming. After enjoying incredible rooftop cocktails, we were seated at our table at HEW and were blown away by the complexity of the ingredients, the attendance of the service and most of all the extraordinary gastronomy. Our favorite dishes were the brie, fresh fabulous Caesar salad, veal Milanese and the duck breast. Each on its own right are difficult to master and the chefs of HEW mastered all of them. The kitchen truly enjoys, spoiling their guests, and we are so grateful that we were among them. Don’t walk but run to HEW. You will love it!!

The venison was spectacular! Our waitress Jade was awesome, she went way out of her way on recommendations and accommodations with my wife’s dietary preferences! I highly recommended this restaurant!!!
