Holy Smokes, just when you thought it couldn't get any better... The Ribs are out of this world ! The Louisiana menu is really good. The staff here is top shelf. Adrian gets the drinks fired out of a cannon.

I had a great time sitting at the bar for the 2nd time in my LIFE chatting it up with Megan S. She was personable and very attentive during my lunch time visit (while rotating her regulars). I had the boneless wings w/ garlic parmesan and the chicken wonton tacos, both were delicious. Definitely recommend 1/2 price appetizers at the bar with Megan.

Blah. Where do I start? I live in this neighborhood and the last visit was an few years ago on a rainy day and wasn't a good visit. We went about. Week ago again, hoping to take advantage of the special they had been advertising heavily. We are seated in a very very dark dining room where I really couldn't even see the menu and saw nothing about this $9.99 special at all. No server ever came to our table at all. It was dark, depressing and why wait for service when we CLEARLY were not important enough to even be greeted? We went to Chili's next door instead and it was a decent experience. Dated and dark restaurants with no customer service, I have no time for.

Very busy when we arrived. Didn’t have to wait long. Looked like maybe short staffed. Our server Mindy was great she greeted us right away. Even found a pen for my daughter to use a cute one. Our food was hot and good. We will be back.

My husband got the sausage and shrimp penne off the new Bourbon Street menu, and the sauce was tasty, but everything else on the dish was over cooked. That is not where it ended. My grilled chicken was actually just burnt and dry chicken. The service was below par, getting a refill on tea was impossible, he asked 3 times, and we paid and left without ever getting the single refill that was requested. The table was sticky, so we asked for a wet towel to wipe it down. Someone came over and said they "could wipe it down, but it will still be sticky because the sun is eroding the tabletop coating." No one ever came to wipe it down, so we used my water and a paper towel and cleaned it ourselves. Whatever was sticky was then gone. Worst meal we have had in a long time.

Wish I could give zero stars!!!!! Worst customer service experience. The waitress was rude from the time we entered the restaurant, got an attitude because we asked about items on the menu. She was the only waitress working and took her frustration out on the customers. Wrong move!!! She didn’t offer the special margarita and per the promo u get free chips n salsa if it’s not mentioned. when I mentioned it she argued back and forth then stomped away and came back n threw the plate of chips n salsa on the table so I asked for a manager. I spoke to him about her nasty attitude and when he attempted to coach her we could hear her screaming at him from the back. This was our second attempt to try this restaurant only to get the same crappy service. The Asian wings were terrible. Service terrible all around trash experience and I won’t EVER visit this location again.

The staff here that served us was amazing she took our order and got everything correct. The food was served hot and it tasted amazing. Now the bathroom on the other hand was not in good standing the women's or men since my boyfriend said someone did no #2 and it was left on top of the toilet not good. The new bacon ranch chicken sandwich with fries was very good.

Terrible service. Truly I don’t know why we come here. The service is ALWAYS sooooo bad. They don’t train their wait staff. Our server had nails so long she had them in the food. She held our glass by the rim and never checked on us. 🙄
