Austin's American Grill

I was looking for something light but fulfilling. My favorite foods are fish & vegetables so of course I had to try the salmon. It was served with seasonal vegetables, I was pleasantly surprised. The salmon was probably the best, most tasteful I’ve ever had. Every bite was a burst of flavor in my mouth, I loved it especially in combination with the veggies. I must add the service was awesome as well & the food didn’t take long at all.

Megan was our server tonight. Very nice, and joked with my husband. The manager ( maybe Christina- long blond hair) also nice and chatty. Our first time there and they had great recommendations for food. The food was amazing, drinks were amazing and we will return!

I mean it's a decent little spot to go to. The atmosphere is wonderful and very pleasant. However the tables are tiny and their menu isn't very optional. For a regular burger you're spending 16 (20 with tip and 25+ with drinks for one person). Not ideal for the quality of the burger. But again the atmosphere makes it worth going back and getting an appetizer. The waiter we had was also the bar tender which I thought was a little strange but ok , we will deal with that. Only he was rude and rushed us into ordering and finishing our meals. We went here to plan an out of the country trip so needed to talk but he kept coming back, not allowing us to have a conversation. Once we ordered the food came rather quickly(this was nice) but then , there he was again with the check. Before we had even paid they were closing the place up. This was at 745, they closed at 9 on a Saturday (strange hours on a Saturday but ok). Which made us feel rushed out. So I guess if you are going to go here, make it an early trip and know that the menu is VERY limited on options.

This place is ALWAYS a good choice. It's always clean and the food is really good. Staff is friendly and the drinks are mixed well. Really never had a complaint here. Chloe is an amazing piece of the puzzle! She is so sweet and fun. We come back to see her.

Very nice eatery with an interesting menu. I tried the pot pie and it was an amazing take on the dish. Different presentation than I expected but turned out to be delicious and I can't recommend it enough. The sweet potatoes fries were some of the best I have ever tried and overall the food experience was too notch. My fellow patrons ordered the Bison meatloaf and Delmonico ribeye and they both had equally enjoyable experiences. Next time I plan to try their rotisserie offerings and I look forward to another great meal.

We love this place. We really do. But today is my birthday and I’m a little pissed. I ordered for delivery on toast to use my rewards. A 3 dollar and my 10 dollar birthday reward. A hour and a half later I called asking where my food was- it was still on the counter so I asked for a refund because I wasn’t going to pick up hour and a half old food. They refunded my money but not my rewards. I looked on the toast app and it says that if delivery is offered they can order a doordasher or similar to come pick up. Whatever. My husband finally said screw it because nothing else sounded good so he went down to order and pick up. He got home and we just opened the bags…. Instead of a creme brûlée in the bag there is a half used bottle of ketchup and my husbands burger is like a hockey puck it’s so overcooked….. honestly we may never go back. Which is a shame because the food is so good.

Austin’s American Grill in Greeley made our New Year’s Day celebration easy and delicious! At Rocky State Storage, we love supporting local businesses, and Austin’s didn’t disappoint. We ordered the family rotisserie chicken meal, and it was ready in less than 7 minutes. The cole slaw was surprisingly incredible, and the cornbread was perfect! Everything was fantastic! If you’re in Greeley and looking for great food and quick service, Austin’s is a must-visit!

Coming to this restaurant to celebrate our anniversary was definitely the best decision we made. With all the choices you have in Greeley we highly recommend this restaurant. We had the brussel sprouts and ribs/cranberry apple coleslaw for appetizers which were excellent. Our entree…my husband and I shared the special which was country fried steak with mashed potatoes. It too was delicious. BTW Their food is made from scratch! Stop in…you won’t be disappointed. Thanks Josh (General Manager) for a great dining experience! We will be back soon!
