Steak-Out Saloon is praised as a favorite sports bar for its friendly staff and community atmosphere, making it feel like "Cheers." The food is well-liked, with notable favorites including the Gyro, burgers, and the Turkey Reuben. However, reviews highlighted significant issues with customer service, particularly complaints about rude staff behavior towards customers near closing time. Steak-Out is our GO TO for watching football games. The staff is so friendly and helpful, always looking out for us and remembering our routine and past orders. This is our "Cheers Bar", as everyone here strives to create a true community feel. The food is GREAT for a sports bar - our faves are the Gyro, ANY Burger (their black bean patty is amazing too), or the Turkey Reuben. The atmosphere is wonderfully laid back - we aren't embarrassed to frequent this place multiple times a week - it feels like walking into a good friend's place. Thanks, Steak-Out! This post was made in connection to a Toast promotion.

We went to watch the Broncos game and grab some lunch. I had the gyro with fries, and my guy had the hot ham and cheese with a side salad. The salad was actually the surprise star of the meal. The rest was good but not something I'd find myself craving very often. We sat at the bar and thoroughly enjoyed Jill, the bartender. That lady is a total badass and never stopped moving. She made sure that everyone was happy and the place was absolutely packed. She and the other guy working handled the crowd with ease and seemed to have fun doing it. I'd very much go back if for no reason other than to grab a quick drink and say hello to Jill. We had a great time and left with full bellies.

was chilling here to end the night w some friends and was having a good time playing darts. Unfortunately, we were interrupted by an employee with a $10 perm informing my friends and I that we had to leave because the bar was closing (1:30 miss thing came up to us but the bar closed at 2). she literally said, "drink it faster" while her unpolished, unkept filthy fingers placed her hands on our glasses. very disappointing considering the bar didn't close until 2.

12/13/24 was the worst experience. Guy was taking drinks out of our hands at 1:30 and being very rude. Definitely don’t recommend. Worst bar in Fort Collins.

Steak-out Saloon is always great! It truly reminds me of a bar back home. The fried pickles were delicious with the light crispy breading and the grilled ham and cheese was great! I recommend trying it with their honey mustard.

Our go to for a quick bite to eat. The food is always great, staff is amazing and kind. My favorite is the southwest salad. Their Cajun ranch is a must. Great selection beers including NA options.

Customer service has gotten very terrible over the years but this establishment is a key example of how bad it can be these days. My friends and I ended our night here expecting a relaxing environment given that it's a "dive bar." My friends and tables around us were patiently waiting for our Ubers and finishing our drinks when this unfriendly, rude, interestingly unhygienic (dirty fingernails, greasy hair, rotten hands) woman was harassing us to leave by 1:30 when the bar closes at 2. We all paid for multiple drinks, tipped well, we weren't being obnoxious, at the very least, we should be able to finish our drinks in peace (when we paid for them). Literally told that woman that our Uber was 4 minutes away, and she was audacious enough to tell us to drink faster. Closing out a bar doesn't take more than 20-30 minutes---clearly, the workers need to choose a different profession.

Fun atmosphere, unfortunately the female worker with brown curly hair started screaming at us at 1:30 (they close at 2) telling us to chug our drinks and get out. When asked if we can finish our drinks bc we’re waiting for our uber, she said to “drink faster” and “i don’t se you guys moving.” I regret ever tipping and giving any money to this establishment
