Customer Review Summary
The Loveland Chophouse features a historic ambiance that pairs well with its tender, well-seasoned meat. Service is generally excellent, though some reviews highlight inconsistent experiences. One reviewer appreciated the perfect steak and risotto during an anniversary visit, while another mentioned lackluster recent meals with missed items and hard-to-find service. The Roosevelt room, where some were seated, was criticized for its basic ambiance compared to the nicer front area. Many customers rave about specific dishes such as truffle fries, fried scallops, and filet mignon, describing the food as top-notch. The bar boasts a good selection of local brews, with bartenders praised for their creativity. Reservations are highly recommended, especially around holidays, due to the restaurant's popularity.

Go here. Captures all the feels of a historic building, but doesn’t confuse itself between its goal of serving tender, gently seasoned meat, so you taste the meat as it dissolves in your mouth. The bar fits seamlessly inside the dining area. It all blends so well with the food. Service is excellent.

The wait staff was very nice! The food was really not worth the price! I don't usually give bad reviews!sorry!

I've had some very good meals at the Chophouse, but my last few visits have been lackluster. Missed items, hard to find service, and the food is simply not as good as it used to be. I also had the displeasure of being seated in the back room - the Roosevelt room, on my most recent visit. The ambiance simply isn't there, basic tables instead of the much nicer area up front. Simply not worth dropping the money on anymore.

My wife and I went for our anniversary and everything was excellent. My steak was cooked perfectly and the risotto was delicious as well. The service was professional, helpful, and not overbearing. We’re definitely planning on going back, hopefully sooner rather than later.

Love dining here! We went twice in one week because it was so good!! The truffle fries are delicious, the fried scallop appetizer amazing, the filet to die for. Second time we went we had the lobster ravioli and the stuffed salmon, the cheesecake, and crème brûlée…. All fantastic! Service is great as well!!

This place is great. I don't know if you would ever catch me in here spending my own money, but for fancy business dinners it's the best place in town. Steaks were amazing. service was top notch. Beer selection was pretty decent. Tons of local brews, including Verboten, which is one of my favorites. Definitely need reservations anytime around holidays. Throughout the rest of the year, they might have open tables on weeknights, but weekends will be booked. It's that good.

Bartenders were amazing and truly artists with the drinks they can concoct. I really liked the food, but I wouldn’t say I loved it and wish there was more selection but overall, this is a great place to go.
