Our server Donna was amazing, had excellent recommendations, as I was craving but am very picky about Lobster Bisque soup, she snuck a small sample. It was amazing, nice creamy texture, Lobster flavor and nice chunks of Lobster. Donna's Wine recommendation was spot on. Smoked Old Fashion was tasty. Steaks were both tender and cooked perfectly. Carrot cake was a nice ending.

This is a great place to eat! Our server Ryan was the best. The steaks have the best flavor. The homemade ranch is out of this world. Don't skip dessert. Creme brulee is the best I've ever had !

Everything was perfect!!!! The atmosphere is so charming and quaint. It's nice without being snobby. Nathan provided excellent service and phenomenal recommendations. He knows his stuff! The spinach artichoke dip and corn bread were some of our favorite parts of the night. Both our steaks were cooked to perfection. Their delicious desserts were an amazing finish to the evening. We received the creme brulee for our anniversary and had to try their carrot cake. Their cream cheese frosting was some of the best I ever had. We can't wait to come back. This was an amazing dinner for our 12th anniversary.

Overall this was a good steak dinner with very good service. We parked without a problem and they were ready for us at the specified reservation time. To start, I had one of the specials for the night, the Maryland Crab Cake. Maybe it's because I grew up eating Maryland crab cakes in and around Maryland but this was not a Maryland crab cake. It was more filler then crab and the filler overwhelmed the meat. I do not recommend ordering this if you know what a real Maryland crab cake is or even if you don't. You'll never try one again. For my next course, I split a "lobster" bisque with a dinner mate. I think they call this dish lobster bisque because maybe they waved a lobster over the pot because there wasn't any lobster meat in it or flavor for that matter. It was bisque, period. Not a fan obviously. My entree, the filet and scallops, arrived on time and cooked at the correct temperature as ordered. After the two seafood fails to start the meal I was not holding up hope for the scallops; however, they were fresh and cooked perfectly! This dish was delicious and spot on which made me feel better about the high price for the meal. Those who accompanied me were happy with their food and that made the night a success. Also, our server was very attentive and personable and knew the menu like the back of his hand. I'm terrible at remembering names so, very sorry I can't call him out here specifically but he was great. The wine list here is good but the beer selection is very tame though they had something I liked so no foul. I think we would give this place a second chance.

This was my first time dining at the butchery, and i was very impressed. The food was amazing! i ordered the ribeye and it was perfectly cooked and so tender. The corn bread and mashed potatoes are amazing as well! Our server Carlos was fantastic!!! He was so personable, funny, and knowledgeable about the menu. I was very impressed by his level of service and the dedication to making our experience memorable. The atmosphere was elegant yet cozy, and i felt that there was a lot of care put into making the space feel fancy. I will definitely be returning.

Liz, our waitress, & Marcus, the bartender, were exceptional!! I highly recommend the Filet with blue cheese and the creamed spinach. The ambiance is warm and welcoming. If you're from the area, it reminds me of The Iron Rail Tavern in Wheat Ridge that's been gone several years. We met Rory, the owner. He was just as charming as the restaurant! This place is an absolute must!! We came during happy hour (4-6p) and had the truffle parmesan fries and bacon wrapped goat cheese filled dates. Both were delicious!

We had the MOST AMAZING time here!! Carlos was our server and he kept giving us samples and OMG did we overspend here in a good way 🤣🤣 it was our anniversary and wow did they treat us well! We loved everything this place and only wish it was closer!! We also got here early and got to enjoy some drinks at the bar too. Server Nicholas was very informative about what they had! The amazing creme brûlée topped everything off! So good! Loved loved LOVEEEDD the French Onion Soup!

I have enjoyed the Butchery as a fine place for celebration. My father treated the family to a group dinner last year and I celebrated an anniversary this past time. My server, Nathan, was exceptional and punctuated our celebration with an amazing creme brule'! The prices are on a finer side, but not beyond a celebratory budget, with a few options closer to $20. My only critique would be to offer a smaller portion Ribeye. Otherwise. 10/10 with a great environment for a date!
