This was my first time to Eddie V's. We went for my daughter's birthday dinner, we had a private room which was absolutely Amazing 🤩. The atmosphere was incredible, the service plus our servers were outstanding, we had a large party & they took really good care of us. The food & drinks were exceptional 👌, this is definitely a place for celebrations of any kind, just make sure your wallet is BIG 😉. I recommend the Golden Hour Cocktail, The Lobster Tacos, Chilean Sea Bass, Raw Oysters on half shell, Morel-Crusted Lamb Chops, The kids 4oz Filet Mignon & Mac Cheese. This is what we ordered.

Seafood tower (lobsters, shrimp, oyster, caviar with blinis (mini pancakes)) was delicious. Blue Point and Misty Point were fresh and not bitter at all. Lobster tails weren't that big but meat was tasty and sweet like the ones at Maine. They even refilled blinis for us. The Guava mocktail was great. No ice, which is good because I feel less "cheated" with all the "ice" ;). Calamari was pretty good, had a twist of Chinese food. They made the birthday celebration very special with free dessert, bday card, and metallic confetti stars when we told them only after arrival. Sofia is a wonderful server. She is super friendly and knowledgeable. Parking lot was quite full on a Sat. They didn't have just the valet option that charged ridiculous amount and required gratuity like other fine dining restaurants. And live music too! Wow! This is one of the very few best seafood restaurants in CO. Definitely will be back. 10 out of 5 stars.

Delicious food, great atmosphere and outstanding service. Yellowtail is astoundingly fresh and flavorful. Our server Shandi made the night very warm and special for us. Amazing experience and will definitely come back.

As a treat to ourselves, we've been wanting to plan a night out to celebrate his birthday (Oct), my birthday (Nov) and our 1st wedding anniversary (Oct). Eddie V's Prime Seafood in the DTC/Greenwood Village was divine - not only was the food spectacular (which you'd assume based on the pricing) but it was really the exemplary service that made this experience so memorable. We were guided to a regal booth overlooking the dining room which was decorated with congratulatory star confetti for our birthdays as well as red rose petals for our anniversary. There were separate cards from the company celebrating both, as well! Our incredible server Daniel was a highlight throughout the evening from offering an amuse-bouche to joking with us, chatting with us, sharing knowledge of the menu, making us feel welcomed and appreciated. After a tremendous meal, he ended the evening with a red rose and their signature Banana's Foster butter cake with butter pecan ice cream and double chocolate cookies on the house. It was a dinner and experience we won't forget; thank you Daniel and Eddie V's for a sensational evening that made us feel special and celebrated! We will definitely be back! ❤️🍾

This was some of the best service we’ve ever had at a restaurant. Our waiter was knowledgeable and very well spoken, going out of his way to help us understand the menu better. We were swayed towards The Big Eddie tower, Chilean Sea Bass (melt in your mouth and not fishy at all), the Petrossian Royal Caviar Double Baked Potato, and the Fillet Mignon with scallops. The steaks were to die for and the Bananas Foster Butter Cake dessert was insane. Great place for a special occasion. The atmosphere was nice but could be updated a tad.

This was another super high excessively expensive experience. I had a great experience however, the 420.00$ price tag 🏷️ that came with it just wasn’t worth it. My ribeye was pretty good and cooked to perfection. My Babe enjoyed her filet mignon also. We also had lobster 🦞 tails that were pretty bland to me but my Babes liked it. I smashed our asparagus but my Babe said that they were hideous and tasted like lighter fluid. 😂 We both agreed that the Mac & cheese was fire 🔥 I had been wanting to try this spot for years and I can’t say I’d be in a rush to return. I have a few more way over priced places I have to try first. My service was pretty great during this experience also. So check em out if you’re ever in the neighborhood and holla at a Playa. 👌🏾

First visit. They were so attentive, making the evening special. My entree with crab stuffed shrimp (and add ons lobster tail and scallops) was fresh and tasty. The lobster bisque was outstanding with a stunning presentation--yes, for soup. Highly recommend shrimp cocktail. But the larger than typical crab cake (sadly no photo) was astounding: tender, meaty, perfectly seasoned. I'm not sure I've ever eaten a better one. Under no circumstances miss that.
