Customer Review Summary
Ted's Montana Grill offers a varied dining experience with a mix of exceptional service and food quality. Many diners praised the atmosphere and the friendliness of the staff. Some found the bison dishes, including brisket and nachos, to be lacking in flavor and portion size, with a few complaints about dryness and texture. However, the ribeye and bison NY strip received high praise, with sides also being well-received. Desserts like brownie and cheesecake were enjoyed, but a few noted inconsistencies in service speed and cleanliness. Overall, the restaurant seems to be a cozy spot with potential for a romantic dinner, though some improvements are needed in food consistency and service efficiency.

A great night out! The service and atmosphere at Ted’s during our visit was exceptional. They were busy on a Thursday night but we were quickly seated and promptly greeted by our server. She took great care care of us and made menu suggestions as well. I ordered the bison brisket and my wife had the snowcrest chicken sandwich. Both were good but not quite up to matching the level of service we received and the price. I hoped for just a bit more for the price of each dish. My wife found the chicken dry but overall enjoyed the flavors. The bison brisket was good but each portion could have been just a bit larger and gone a little stronger on the seasoning. For dessert we split the brownie. The brownie was fudgy and delicious the fudge sauce was great. The only thing that could have made this better is if the brownie was warm. Overall we had a great time at Ted’s!

A range of bad to ok food with slow service at a crusty location. The bison nachos were meh. The green and hot chicken sandwich was alright; however, it was supposed to come with guacamole, and it barely had a teaspoon of it. The fries were very mediocre. The bison brisket was barely edible; the meat was dry and hard to chew, the mash was very grainy and the carrots were undercooked. The burger was juicy. The service was amiable, but kinda slow, even though there were very few tables at the time. The cutlery was visibly dirty and the booths were falling apart. At $90 for three, I would not recommend this place.

I think the medium rare Bison 12 oz NY Strip is the best beef I've ever tasted. Regret not getting the fillet. Garlic mashed potatoes were great. Buttered carrots were delicious. In any place that serves a jalapeno margarita instantly gets my vote. Will be back next time I'm in Aurora Colorado

This restaurant is truly excellent. I had the beef ribeye with garlic mashed potatoes and parmesan roasted broccoli. Surprisingly, the sides are really what stole the show. The steak was great, but it was cooked a little off of what I had requested. Overall, I am very happy with my experience and would highly recommend.

We stopped here on a recent trip to Denver and absolutely loved it! The spot was so cozy and cute and our waitress was great. The food was so good and our total for the bill came out to less than we expected! Even the fountain drinks with the crunchy ice were amazing! Also- don’t forget to get some rolls because those were so good. My favorite thing was the baked potato soup! We will for sure be back.

Headed to Ted’s for some bison before traveling home up north. Friendly staff, cozy ambiance, good food. Kids enjoyed their steak kids meals. Had an issue with one of the meals and the manager was very attentive and accommodating.

Busy place, I got lucky with no reservations and got the last booth. I didn't have to wait. Ordered the huckleberry make and Bison filet. The filet was the best I've ever had, delicious. Hubby ordered black and blue Bison steak salad and was pleased. Got the blackberry cheesecake for dessert. Highly recommend going if you have not been. No regrets.

Seems like a good place for a romantic dinner. Except the music. C&W fits the overall theme, but detracted from the romantic atmosphere. I went to try the bison. The cuts are thick. No complaints there.
