Many diners rave about the delicious food and great atmosphere, particularly highlighting the Marshmallow Old Fashioned cocktail, butter bread, and the elegant Cloud dessert. The ambiance is noted for its vibrant, club-like energy, complemented by attentive service. However, several reviews express dissatisfaction with slow service and perceived poor treatment, especially regarding server attentiveness. Some guests felt sidelined, experiencing delays in service and issues with their orders. What a fantastic night out in Denver! We tried the Stock Show Menu at STK and it was impeccable! First off- you must order the Marshmallow Old Fashioned with your steak- it was a must have pairing. We always love the pull apart buttery bread served in skillets (the blue cheese butter was insanely good!) We had the stock show menu , featuring a yummy Caesar salad to start (served with the thickest slices of bacon I’ve ever seen- photos to come!), perfectly grilled asparagus, to die for Mac n cheese, delicious steak. Their “Cloud” dessert was a work of art! The Butter Cake Cheesecake was hidden under a cloud of pink cotton candy- which they lit on fire to reveal the cheesecake covered in fresh berries. Seriously stunning presentation and it was incredible! The atmosphere was such a vibe- great music, the service was wonderful! This is a must stop if you’re in town for the Western Stock Show (or anytime for a date night or girls night!)

The food and ambiance is worth the price! My fiance and I came for happy hour and it was worth every penny. You can order a wide selection of dishes and although they're small they each were amazingly presented and cooked. Their mussels were also tasty and fresh and their Cocktails were made to perfection. Service was attentative and detailed. They made sure water was always topped off, candles were lit, and that we lacked for nothing during our meal. Definitely a must try date spot.

The entire staff was wonderful! Very attentive friendly and helpful. Our serve Ryan Dane made our first time visit an exceptional experience. The food was delicious, & the DJ helped elevate our dinner to a truly enjoyable evening out. Will absolutely be coming back.

⭐ 2/5 – Disappointing Experience, Slow Service, and Overpriced STK in Denver was a letdown. The food was okay at best, and the service was painfully slow. If you're into loud music that feels like a nightclub, you might enjoy the vibe, but it wasn’t for me. It was tough to enjoy the meal with the constant noise. 🍽️ The Food: 2/5 The food was fine, but for the price, I expected more. The quality didn’t justify the high price tag, and nothing stood out as exceptional. 🛎️ The Service: 1/5 The service was extremely slow. We waited longer than expected for both our food and drinks, which really took away from the experience. 🏡 The Atmosphere: 2.5/5 If you're into loud music, this might be your scene. It felt more like a nightclub than a restaurant, which made it difficult to enjoy the meal. It was overwhelming and not very conducive to a relaxed dining experience. 💰 The Verdict: Not Worth the Price ✅ Vibrant atmosphere – if you enjoy club-like energy ❌ Food was just okay – overpriced for the quality ❌ Service was slow – disappointing for a higher-end place ❌ Too loud – not ideal for a relaxed dinner Would I come back? No, based on this experience, I wouldn’t return. There are better options in Denver with better food, service, and a more enjoyable atmosphere.

Came here march 3rd to celebrate my birthday from Florida & i had high expectations and was highly disappointed. The service was slow and felt very rushed. I didn’t get out server name because she didn’t introduce herself. I felt her main focus was the table next to us, that seemed like investors, because chefs was there at that table all night. She didn’t ask what we were celebrating but the manger did & poured our champagne. Took awhile to get silverware. Didn’t ask if we wanted bread, i had to ask for it. When ordering she asked if i wanted the fire butter on my 6oz, i said yes . When the food came there was no butter. By the time she finally came back to the table we were halfway through our meal. The bread was not warm. The donut dessert i had to ask for it to come with sparkles & the donuts were cold. The service was just horrible , i didn’t bother to complain and ask for the food adjustments because of how bad the service was. This was not a memorable birthday dinner. The dj was the ONLY good thing about this skit location. Maybe I’ll give it a try in Florida . Cheesecake Factory on 16th street was way better.

Went in with my family for lunch and our server Rio didn’t come to check on us once. After sitting for 25 minutes, the host, Brian came and took our order. I have been in the service industry so I know the difference between good and bad service and I’m sure we didn’t get service because we were the only brown people in the restaurant. I watched our service take the order of a table that walked in right before us almost immediately and she paid no attention to us at all. Meanwhile Brian checked on us constantly, kept checking in to let us know our food was cooking. Some of the worst service ever. We tried to get Brian’s cashapp to make sure he got the tip but he did not want to accept it which he should have because he was our server. The food was not much better. The bacon Mac and cheese looked as if it was sitting in the window forever and was dried out and burnt. The wagu burgers were even worse. After sitting for an hour, our “server” lets us know that they have ran out of buns. So they served it on Texas toast. The burger was half the size of the bread, complete joke. I do not recommend this place at all.

Absolutely amazing!!! The food is perfect!! The atmosphere is fun, classy, relaxed and just overall awesome 👌!!! The best part at the end of the night on a weekend that we went with the kids, during the holidays, they turn up the music with a live in house DJ and it's still fine dining with a bit of a flare!! My girls thought it was the best and danced the night away!!!!

Went to a girls brunch at STK and had an amazing experience! The food and drinks were great and to top it off the service was wonderful! I loved the lobster Benedict and wagu sliders. They even had a DJ which really got the party started! Highly recommend for brunch!
