Customer Review Summary
Quality Italian offers excellent service and a memorable dining experience, particularly for special occasions. Guests appreciate the warm ambiance, with many highlighting the attentive staff who go above and beyond. Complimentary items, such as champagne and gelato, enhance the celebratory atmosphere. Food quality is mixed; while some dishes like lobster and filet mignon meatballs receive praise, others like certain pastas can disappoint in comparison to the prices. The atmosphere can be loud, which may detract from conversation, but overall, it’s regarded as a fun and welcoming spot for dates. While the steak resonates as the standout menu item, some reviewers feel the Italian offerings fall short of expectations compared to alternatives nearby. Overall, the restaurant is recommended for celebratory dinners despite some inconsistencies in food quality.

I can't say enough good things about Quality Italian. We came in for a special occasion and were met with the most excellent service and food we could've imagined. Thank you so much to all the staff for making this such a memorable evening and meal.

We are traveling from out of state and celebrated our 7 year anniversary on January 7th. Our server Marco was very efficient and made our experience a great one!! We were given warm bread with olive oil to start and once they found out we were there for our anniversary they gave us a free glass of champagne to start the evening off!! We had fresh salads as appetizers. I had the It was Aged Porterhouse Agnolotti pasta with a brown butter sauce and I think I cried at the first bite, it was so good. My husband had the NY strip with brussel sprouts, both cooked perfectly. Ended the evening with bowl of gelato, which was of course delicious and also complimentary for our anniversary. My one and only complaint was it was extremely loud in the dining area so we had to talk louder to hear each other, so I felt like we were annoying to the people next to us, but very romantic atmosphere and everyone around us was laughing and having a great time!! 10/10 would recommend and go back!

The service & the atmosphere make this place amazing - the food honestly was 3/5. We got the pasta and while my lobster dish was actually really good, my boyfriend ordered the amatriciana and it was undercooked and not good. Calamari was good too but overall overpriced for the food you get (except the lobster that made sense)

Quality Italian is a spot to bring a date because the ambience is welcoming but the food isn’t the best. It isn’t poor but it isn’t great either. It prides itself on being a steakhouse and the steaks are certainly the best thing on the menu, but for the price point, it slightly misses the mark with better options nearby. The pastas and other Italian dishes are underwhelming.

We went here for the first time to celebrate our anniversary on New Years Day. It is our last anniversary before we are married in June. The entire staff was warm and welcoming to our special occasion, especially Faith our server. She went above and beyond to make our night special. The food was absolutely delicious. There was not one complaint either of us had the entirety of our meal. I highly recommend coming here for dinner or a special occasion. Thanks so much again Faith for a wonderful night!

This was such a delightful experience. Our first time at this establishment and our server, Tim did not disappoint. He was very knowledgeable about all of the menu items, wine pairing suggestions, and fun stories. The sauce for the Black Truffle Cacio e Pepe was divine and the balance of texture to creaminess of the Corn Crème Brûlée was perfection. We cannot wait to be back.

Beautiful restaurant, amazing food & fantastic staff! What more is there to say? Loved the bread and filet mignon meatballs, plus the chicken parmesan pizza is AMAZING. We came for our anniversary and have absolutely nothing but great things to say about the experience. We will definitely be back!

This place was a lot of fun! I wouldn't say the food itself was extraordinary, but definitely really solid comfort food and the presentation definitely gets a full 5 stars! Highly recommend the lobster rigatoni and the chicken parm pizza!
