Really thought that this place would be over-hyped, since it’s a chain but man they DELIVERED. The food was so yummy, in just a really classic way. They were running a bit behind on our reservation but they made up for it tenfold with amazing service, bringing us drinks while we waited for our table and comping our appetizer. The French dip was delectable (pro tip: ask for the fresh horseradish too), the croutons on the Caesar salad were so soft and crunchy at the same time, and the martini was crispy and refreshing at the same time. Highly recommend! It’s super packed so reservations necessary.

Wow. Phenomenal food, incredible ambience, fantastic host and server. Beautiful place to be. We tried the regular sushi the pressed tuna. It was soo good. And fresh. We also ordered one of the funky flavor sushi with soy paper and macadamia nuts. It was interesting. But we were feeling adventurous. Probably won’t try the funny flavors again. The salmon was delectable. The trout barely barely had any flavor.. Juicy and flaky nonetheless . The mashed potatoes were insane! Did not make no sense how good they were. We love coming here and we will definitely be back.

An incredible lunch the other day at Hillstone. Fabulous host greeted us with a lovely smile. Wonderful service from start to finish. Delicious artichoke and cheeseburger with shoestring fries. Also, waitress (I believe also manager) congratulated me for my celebration lunch. Very satisfied customer.

Consistency in a restaurant is what keeps clients coming back again and again. Which is why I crave a FRENCH DIP on a regular basis. It’s freaking awesome. Piled high roast beef with warm au jus and a must have side a creamy horseradish! OMG!

Very nice restaurant, we had the grilled artichoke starter and filet and the prime rib 🥩 with corn chowder side. Both steaks were equally excellent. Upscale ambience and everything was very clean and well kept including the bathrooms. Vanessa our server was super friendly and attentive. Nice job guys ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This was my first time here. The food was trash & didn’t taste good at all. The service was mid (everyone was nicer to us as we were leaving). I wouldn’t recommend eating here, especially when there’s so many other better places to eat in the area. I’m seriously concerned on how well this place is rated and how many people actually like this place. I wish I could have gotten my (hard earned) money back.

Consistent top notch dining experience. Very cozy ambiance and love how every table is in a booth. The ribs and the spinach artichoke dip are musts for me. Their martini game is on point - goat cheese stuffed olives & they came around halfway through our drinks to repour us into freshly chilled glasses! Just goes to show the level of service they strive for.
