Beautiful high-end steakhouse inside the RitzCarlton Hotel in Downtown Denver. Custom cocktails and world-class Steak and Fries, the Winter Margarita was a work of art. Great service, multiple seating areas for different events with a bar area, and white table cloth fine dining in the back areas. One of the best steakhouses in Denver - the New York Steak was 10/10 rare.

We recently dined at Elway’s at The Ritz-Carlton in Denver, and it was an unforgettable experience from start to finish. The service was absolutely top-notch, with Scott taking such great care of us throughout the meal. His attentiveness and warm demeanor made our evening even more enjoyable. The filets we ordered were, hands down, some of the best steaks we’ve ever eaten—perfectly cooked, tender, and bursting with flavor. Another standout for us was the croutons on the salads; they were so delicious that we joked we’d come back just for those! As for the sides, we had mashed potatoes, mac ‘n’ cheese, and homemade fries, and every single bite was fantastic. The flavors were rich and comforting, exactly what you want from a high-end steakhouse. A huge thank you to Candace Duran, the Director of Sales and Marketing, for her outstanding hospitality. She went above and beyond to make our visit truly special, and we are so grateful. Her attention to detail made our evening one we will remember for a long time!

Overall, my experience was good. The Calamari appetizer is fine but not outstanding. My husband's filet was perfectly cooked and very tender. I ordered the Elway's Salmon, and the butter sauce it came with was delicious - dipping the house bread in it was a must! The only downside was that the Mac and cheese side was really dry, so we had to send it back. Lastly, they gave us a complimentary cheesecake for our anniversary and it was very light.

My wife planned this restaurant for my birthday. I’m not a Bronco or Elway fan but wow did this place deliver. The steaks had a unique crust and tasty sear. The sides were exceptional and the desserts yummy. I highly recommend this restaurant for any and special occasions🔥🔥🔥

We were on foot enjoying a 61 degree day December 7th 2024, ELWAY'S was recommended by a friend. Started with expresso martinis, truffle fries, Cesar salad, smash burger, filet minion, macaroni and cheese and brussel sprouts. Everything was good in flavor, quality ingredients, and nicely plated. Service was wonderful. The christmas music was a nice touch. Beautiful christmas tree in the lobby. All in all, had a great meal. The filet cooked perfectly, the lobster tail overcooked. But that seems to be the norm in fine dining. We also had oysters in a half shell. My favorite. Loved it.

"Middle" of the Road HIgh End Steakhouse Friends who live in Denver recommended Elway's Downtown. VERY average for the price point. Decor is nice but not overly elegant. Our server David was very friendly and helpful. The Sea Bass was loved by my bride. My rack of lamb ordered medium -rare was full on rare. I did not send it back. Our friend's filet was very good but unremarkable. It's what you would expect at this price point. Sides were good but not anything special. Wine by the glass selection was limited for this type of establishment. Really OK experience but nothing special - > we would go elsewhere next time.

Did the dinner for 2 and well worth it! Steak was amazing as always...the Mac and cheese is phenomenal as usual haha and the creme was amazing! Awesome to know they had nonalcoholic wine and a nonalcoholic cocktail was just even better! Thank you again 🖤

This is a typical American fancy dining restaurant with very good service. The food was also very tasty and I thought it was a large portion of something like pasta. My friend ordered the lamb chop fondue was also really nice.
