Customer Review Summary
EDGE Restaurant & Bar offers a mix of experiences according to recent reviews. Many patrons have praised the food quality and presentation, noting standout dishes like the bison New York strip with king crab Oscar and the lobster bisque. Service has generally received high marks, with servers like Phil and Adrianna being described as knowledgeable and friendly. However, there are some concerns about inconsistencies, particularly related to dish quality, such as a disappointing dry-aged ribeye and cold sides. The atmosphere is frequently described as enchanting, with an upscale vibe, making it ideal for special occasions. While some found the prices high for smaller portions, others felt the quality justified the cost. Overall, while many enjoyed their visits, a few noted areas for improvement, particularly regarding consistency in dish preparation.

I’ve visited Edge a few times, and it’s usually been a great experience with outstanding food. The waitress mentioned they recently hired a new chef, which might explain the shift. I remember the dry-aged ribeye being incredible in the past, but this time it was disappointing, especially with the addition of a very off-tasting BBQ sauce. The mac and cheese was still excellent, but the mashed potatoes came out cold. Overall, this place used to be worth the price, but unfortunately, I don’t feel that way anymore.

What an outstanding experience. The food was top notch with beautiful presentation. Our server Phil made the whole evening that much more enjoyable. He was knowledgeable, friendly, had great suggestions, and was overall a delight. I had the scallop and my boyfriend had the bison New York strip with the king crab Oscar, and we both had the lobster bisque. All of it was some of the best food I’ve had. Can’t wait to go again!

Everything was high quality, from food, service, to atmosphere. Pricy and smaller plates but well worth it. Dessert was outstanding. And the cuteness of the beets flower was a nice surprise. My friend said the sea bass vas very good.

Visited The edge restaurant for the Christmas buffet which I have to say is exceptional. We had oysters to start, followed by a Caesar salad and a couple of other types. There were several different main courses available including prime rib, salmon, ham and of course a variety of sides. The dessert bar had something for everybody's taste, including my favorite sticky toffee pudding. We followed it up with an Irish coffee to finish off a wonderful afternoon. The list of food that we ate by no means encompasses everything that was available.

Our server Adrianna by the way was amazing- I need to share that first so I don’t forget her name because often times when we want to talk about our experiences the first thing we forget is the waiter/waitress/server’s name. Sunny day of course here in Denver, where the sun shines 300 days out of the year, my husband and I decided to use of Christmas gift card from my in-laws to do lunch after church.. we get to the restaurant and check in and for some reason the hostess seemed to try and peruse me to get us to sit in the bar like 3 times after telling her we want to sit in the dining room … nether here now there we sit down at our table. Our waitress comes and such a pleasant welcome as she welcomes us and ask us what we’d like and she shares the menu and lets us know what the kitchen can prepare etc . Serves us our water and our beverage. She was fantastic- made sure our glasses were filled and refills on our pop (Coke that is) It took a little bit for our food to come out but my husband didn’t complain about his grilled chicken sandwich and fries as he ate and said the ranch dressing he dipped his fries in - “the ranch dressing is amazing.” My chicken Caesar salad was enough but my fries were not hot but I ate them anyway. I wish I had room for dessert because their menu seems yummy! Leaving the venue was beautiful- the smell of the fresh flowers and amazing showcase of Jewelry from Hyde Park allowed me to show my Husband my next new wedding ring! ❤️ Until next time!

5 Star restaurant verified. It had an enchanting ambiance and had class written all over it. The staff was nice and the service was amazing. They hustled to make sure you had a good night. They give warm bread with butter to start with that and is to die for. We ate every piece of warm bread without hesitation. The shishito pepper appetizer was amazing with sesame seeds on top. They were delicious! The New York Strip steak was cooked to perfection. Perfect sear, juicy inside, and packed with flavor. Hands down one of the best steaks I’ve ever had! The Salmon tasted fresh and was spot on. It had crispy skin, moist inside, and full of flavor. It flaked perfectly with a fork, and the seasoning was just right. A perfect place for a special night out.

We stopped by the bar for some light bites before a show and had plenty of time to enjoy our meal, even without mentioning our plans. The food came out relatively quickly. My husband really enjoyed the Pork Bao and Blackened Fish Tacos. Unfortunately, my lamb arrived cold and raw on the inside. While the server promptly took it back to the kitchen to have it cooked further, it wasn’t quite the elevated experience we expected from a Four Seasons. On a brighter note, the holiday carolers walking around added a festive and charming touch to the atmosphere.

We enjoyed every single bite of our meal last night. Our server and the staff was attentive and overall great. Would highly recommend. I'm sorry that my pics do not do the food and detail that went into making it, much justice.
