Customer Review Summary

Del Frisco's Double Eagle Steakhouse offers a lovely and chill atmosphere with moody lighting. Food is consistently praised as delicious, with standout dishes including the macaroni, wagyu, and various appetizers like calamari and caviar. Service can be attentive, but it varies, particularly for large parties where delays and mix-ups with checks have been noted. While the overall dining experience can be delightful, some diners have encountered issues with steak tenderness. Many patrons express a desire to return, indicating a strong positive impression despite any service hiccups.

Went here to celebrate my birthday and it was a lovely and very chill atmosphere. It was a bit dim inside with the moody lighting. The server was attentive but not too hover-y and it wasn’t too difficult to have a conversation with my date even though it was a full restaurant. The food was delicious!

Had a great meal at Del Frisco’s!! Food was delicious!! Had Meatballs for starter, lobster tail with my steak and a side of crab meat macaroni!! The macaroni is A MUST TRY!! Will definitely be back!!

Amazing food. Good vibes. Service was a bit chaotic. We were a large party and there for a birthday so totally get it’s difficult to service large groups. However, despite telling us prior to the start of dinner they couldn’t split the check more than 3 ways and us knowing beforehand and telling them not to worry about itemizing and to split it evenly between three cards, they seemed lost. It took us probably 45 minutes to get the check after asking and they were all wrong. We arrived around 7 and entrees didn’t come out until 9. The food was delightful and I had a great time there. However the staff seemed unprepared to deal with large parties.

To start off I had a delicious pineapple martini. For starters we ordered the calamari and the caviar which were both Devine! For the main course I had the 3oz wagyu which was cooked to perfection. To end the perfect night we had the butter cake, best thing ever!

The best steak around with delicious flavors to compliment. Great service, cozy and dark atmosphere.

Excellent service. Food was delicious filet medallion lunch and amazing toffee bread pudding dessert. Visited the bar this time. Good service, tasty bar menu, but absolute favorite Tiramisu Creme Brulee. Lunch portion size was definitely smaller and price increase. The bread is still decadent encased with warm butter.

Private Dining for party of 12 - Great time In Denver for business and went to here with colleagues. It was recommended by a few in our party. They had a private room available which was an additional $70.00 on our check. Service from Hailey and her assistant was friendly and efficient. She was a pro at suggestive selling - a credit to Del Frisco's training. This resulted in numerous additions from our group. I order the Sea Bass with some scallops and it was terrific. Our appetizers were also very good. In fact, every person in the party was hyper-delighted with their meal - a home run. Some drink refills were slow but this is expected and did not change the delightful outcome. We would return.

I took my family to Del Frisco's for Christmas Eve dinner. We had to wait 20 minutes we were asked if we wanted something to drink. However, from that point on our server was very polite and attentive, but not overly so. We ordered several appetizers and every one of them was delicious. I have been to this restaurant before and have left knowing that I wanted to come back soon. This time however, when I was served my bone in strip steak I became very disappointed. The steak had great flavor and was cooked to my desired temperature. However, the steak was so tough that I could barely cut through it with the steak knife they provided. I will go back to this restaurant again, but I probably will not order a steak again.
