This place is so cool. I was referred to Columbine steakhouse by a really good friend. He ranted and raved about it saying how great it was so we went. It is such a cool guy's place. The steak was amazing, cooked to perfection and just absolutely tasty. The atmosphere was calm with the TV playing football. In the background we had porterhouse steak with baked potato and a small salad just plain No frills. Damn good steak. It's a guy's place without all the bells and whistles you get what you want. You get what you come for and you're happy. When you leave the door. I will definitely be back. I plan to be a regular customer.

Cheap, decent steaks with very basic side baked potato and “salad”. This is definitely more of a “come-for-the-experience” kind of spots. It’s like stepping back in time about 50 years, so that’s neat for the history lovers out there. The dining room and bar side is separate but you can eat in either. Cash only for alcohol.

I’m in Denver for a quick trip and had to have Columbine Steak House! It’s a staple for anyone from Denver. It’s exactly what you expect from a hole-in-the-wall restaurant! They are priced right and the steaks are great. It’s a “must have” if you are in Denver!

I brought my own seasonings because of the many reviews saying there is no seasoning but I felt the one I got was brined so it had plenty of that deliciousness to it but I did bring my own seasonings just in case. The steak was cooked perfectly, and I did add some "dash original" to it for that perfect pop. I brought some other seasonings along as well but dash and steak were perfect.

Same place for decades. The steak 🥩 was alright and my salad 🥗 was Basura 🗑️ The service was good. The price was decent. Can’t say I’d do it again anytime soon but ya never know. Anyway, check em out if you’re ever in the neighborhood and holla at a Playa. 👌🏾

I enjoyed my t-bone steak. I love watching them cook to order. It was juicy but yet needed a little more seasoning. The baked potato was pretty good too they had the right amount of butter. Otherwise you do get a bang for your buck! The staff was friendly and cordial. A perfect little neighborhood staple to grab a good steak.

As I was visiting Denver from Buffalo, I couldn’t go home without trying a steak. So we needed an easy dining, fair priced restaurant for lunch. The first smiling face I saw was the cook, I ordered a strip steak rare and it was perfect. No fuss about the rare!! The atmosphere is very friendly, try this place I think you’ll love it.

My family has been coming here for decades, and still do and always will. My problem recently is the rude and bitter vibe I get from some staff, especially the old man who I assume is in ownership. I roll in by myself the last two visits around 8 pm and they are all mentally checked out. I'll never knock on the food, but if the employees could learn how to treat patrons, I'll give 5 stars.
