Customer Review Summary
Service at Outback Steakhouse is highly praised, with several servers like Emma and Lindsey receiving accolades for their attentiveness and care. The steak quality is a mixed bag; while some reviews commend the flavor and cooking, others report issues with undercooked meat and an overwhelming seasoning. Sides like broccoli are well-received, and the unique offerings, such as cinnamon butter, enhance the dining experience. Overall, patrons appreciate the generous portions and attentiveness of the staff, noting that Outback stands out among chain steakhouses in Denver. However, a negative experience involving seating arrangements led to dissatisfaction for at least one customer.

Our server Emma was AMAZING! She was very knowledgeable, insightful & helped me make a great dinner choice! Emma is the standard of which servers should be! My wife & I are beyond impressed and pleased!

Steak is pretty good the broccoli is well steamed and the waiters are super nice! The secret to the bread they give you, ask for cinnamon butter!!!

This visit was to celebrate my 5 year old daughter (we spent a few days in town for her bday). Not only did Lindsey treat us well, she went above and beyond caring for our child and making her last day amazing!

My husband and I enjoyed our date night here this evening. We had the seasoned and seared prime rib and it was the best we have ever had!! April and her amazing team were very attentive. We will definitely be back soon!! Thank you Outback Centennial for taking such great care of us tonight.

The server was great, not so much the food. The steak flavor is hidden behind the seasoning and had lines of sinew and the cooking was undercooked. We are going to make other steak places our go-to’s. Expensive for what this is. Filets were $30 which at Ruth Crest’s would be a bargain, but not here. (The picture is cooked medium)

Kris killed it!! Was on top of our order and checking in often enough and giving us our space to enjoy purses and meal! Food was perfectly cooked and the toasted cinnamon pecan old fashion was perfectly Smokey and delicious!!

We arrived about 4:15PM for dinner. There were very few customers and we got the corner booth. Only other customers were in the bar area. We were just starting to enjoy a nice peaceful dinner when the hostess seated 3 adults and 3 small children right next to us! We couldn't believe it!!! It would be different if the restaurant were almost full! But we were the only ones on that entire side. To sit small children right next to older people (seniors) is simply stupidity in my opinion...especially when there was plenty of room in other places. We will not be returning to this restaurant. First and last time...

Outback is a chain restaraunt so that comes with what’s expected. However, it more than does the job because they are generous, attentive, and know how to cook steaks and sides well. In terms of chain steakhouses across Denver, Outback is actually one of the better ones.
