Great first experience at Mannings. We came for the first time for lunch on a Friday. It was pretty slow when we got there but it picked up pretty fast. Even though you could tell they weren't expecting a rush, they all worked together to make sure we were well taken care of. The food was delicious. Usually I can't eat half of a burger by myself, and I managed to devour the entire thing. My husband's steak sandwich was cooked perfectly, and the skillet cookie was out of this world delicious. Thank goodness for a good restaurant finally moving into this location. Hoping every trip will be just as good, because as of now we will be regulars.

We were blessed to see Anya and Violet in our section. My 8 month old son loves Anya and made it known in his interactions with her. Happy hour is the best time to go. Food and drinks are an excellent price and delicious choice! We had everything and nothing disappointed at all.

My husband and I had dinner here last week as first-time visitors. I wasn't sure what to expect, but I was underwhelmed upon entry. We made a reservation, marked "date", and were seated at a high top in the bar area near the host stand. The seating inside feels very cramped and casual...like Chili's. We ordered a bottle of wine and two steak entrees with one side each. I understand this place recently opened so they are likely still training staff. However, they struggled through opening a bottle of wine to pour and needed a second staff member. We ordered our steaks medium, and they came out rare, almost cold in the middle, and not well seasoned. The side dishes were just okay. We didn't say anything, but our waitress could tell we weren't thrilled, so she asked how they were cooked and then offered to cook them further. (I know that means a kitchen will microwave your $30 steak, so we declined). Although all of the staff was friendly, the steaks at the steakhouse aren't worth returning for. $120 later (+ tip) and I'm sorry to say we wouldn't recommend this place.

So this review is strictly on their happy hour... Decent service... Good prices on drinks... The benchmark bourbon was pretty good as their happy hour bourbon. Got the Buffalo shrimp which were good. Will have to come back and try their dinner

Had a dinner reservation Saturday night, went in a little early to check the place out and was seated promptly. After being seated we didn’t have anyone come up to our table for 15-20 min even with a name on the table. I then went up to the front to tell them I was moving since nobody has came to us to ask for drinks. They really didn’t seem to care and even the front manager was there. Proceeded to the bar, greeted and asked for our drinks right away. We should have just went to the bar in the first place since it wasn’t busy at all. Disappointing experience but luckily the food was good, service just might need some work. Vodka soda, Old Fashioned, filet with truffle tater tots and Buffalo Tomahawk with asparagus.

10/10 experience! Their Lakewood location was our FAVORITE place to go for steak in the Denver area, and we've been so excited to check out their new location........they did NOT disappoint! The charcuterie board was delicious! They have Station 26 Tangerine Cream on tap which was amazing. My husband and I both got New York Strips cooked to perfection (med. rare 😋👌🏻, picture attached), he got the loaded baked potato and I got the truffle tater tots....all simply incredible!! Our waiter, Mark, was warm, friendly, knowledgeable, and made us feel right at home. Kudos to him for making our night that much more enjoyable! We will definitely be coming back...soon! Check these guys out as soon as you can! 🍽️

Let me just start with Ashley... Best bartender on planet Earth! The steaks are insane, sides beyond delicious, service and vibe off the charts! Plus this place rivals any steakhouse in town at a fraction of the cost!

For my New Years Eve, what a treat! From start to finish Manning’s delivered. I had the Fillet with truffle butter and it was spot on, so tender it cut like butter. I had a salad w/blue cheese for my side. I had the chocolate crème brûlée for dessert and it was delish!! The service was perfect and attentive. I can’t wait to go back!!!! The drink was a key lime martini and was so good!!! I felt like I had two desserts. 😆
