This is my second time eating at a Red Robin, and I cannot remember my first experience. However, at this particular one, the burnt end burgers was delicious and hands down the best burger I have had. The waitress was very nice. Service was quick and it was an overall really great experience.

Since when has Red Robin's started serving pizza?! It freaking amazing 👏 😍 🙌. I've always known them for a burger place, but when I saw the pizza on the menu, I had to try it. I was not disappointed! It was amazing for a burger spot. I thought I'd switch it up by trying the artic cod sandwich with unlimited Broccoli, and I gotta say it was great, would totally try again 😋. Also ordered fish and chips with a side of garlic fries and coleslaw, the best combination. Try the pizza next time you go, it's a must!

Came here on a a Friday night and was really pleased with the food and service. Greg did a great job taking care of us and burgers were delicious. I highly recommend the Madlove burger with garlic fries.

Won't be coming back again. We sat down at a table in the bar area. Ordered burgers and drinks, but couldn't help notice a few loud patrons sitting at the bar. We then noticed the 2 dogs they had with them.... SITTING WITH THEM AT THE BAR. One dog laying down on the bar stool and the other on the person's lap. No employee nor the manager had an issue with this. When they left nothing was wiped down or cleaned. Who knows what other disgusting things they let go on inside this restaurant. Easy pass on this place.

Situated at the West Covina fashion mall Red Robin gourmet burger provided a wonderful lunch. It's got a neat sports bar like atmosphere. I got the Red Robin cheeseburger. It was delicious and came with an endless side. I didn't go that option I went with the onion rings which are not endless and found them to be delightful. I witnessed a full order of onion rings go out to a table next to me and it was stacked high. Boy did that look delicious. Our server was the bartender and our food was brought out by the staff which seems to happen nowadays and all these restaurants. She was busy all over the restaurant what's the minister service available for our table.

Been to this location many times. Hadn’t been in awhile. Took awhile for someone to notice we were standing there waiting to be seated… not crowded at all, clean restaurant, always love their food and large menu, great service at the table, good happy hour deals. Will return. And recommend
