The place is buzzing in an early Friday evening. Live music starts at 8 and judging from the crowd coming in around 730 the gig must be pretty good. My steak was slightly over cooked from medium rare but it was tasty. For a $50 steak I expect a bit more flair. Overall the experience was good of a neighborhood restaurant.

Finally made it to this new local favorite and my only regret is not having been here sooner. We didn't have dinner reservations but made it there early enough (before 6) where they have plenty of tables on a Friday night. I was in the mood for a cocktail that wasn't sweet, and the server recommended just the right one. I don't remember the exact name of it but it has cucumber and a hint of agave. I think tequila is the primary ingredient but it's not a margarita. It was refreshing and offered just the right hint of sweetness. My husband who is a big fan of Old Fashioned drinks had one and boy, was it good! No, it wasn't good, it was delicious! I don't like Old Fashioneds but this one was absolutely incredible. We will return just for the drinks. The food itself was delicious, even though it has minimal offerings for vegetarians. The Impossible Burger is the only choice, but it was cooked well and the fries were good. Our other party member had a traditional burger and raved about it as well. We found out they have live entertainment every night, starting at around 9 p.m., so we will return for that. Overall, this is a fabulous place with an impressive bar, good food offerings, excellent service and an overall good vibe. Looking forward to returning.

This is my 3rd time coming here. I didn’t write a review to e first couple of times but this time, some things needed to be said. First of all, we with a group of ten so I didn’t know what to expect. The service when it’s a big group is not the same as when it’s just two people. For whatever reason, there were long lapses in between when the waitress would come to the table. I didn’t like that. The food and drinks were cool as before. You can look at the videos of what we ordered. Another thing, if you plan on taking a date to this restaurant on a night where the band is playing, you may have a really hard time of hearing your date. The music is really loud. In fact too loud. Go for yourself and see. You may like not hearing the person you’re talking to without yelling at them. I normally recommend places to go but this one, you’ll have to see for yourself.

Drinks are good. Desserts are good. Entertainment was good. DONT ORDER A STEAK. Super dry and overpriced for what you get. Cooked medium rare and was dry! Sent it back but was told that it was cooked correctly. Steak probably sat in the freezer for months. Better steaks at Denny’s!

What a great place! Fun, lively, awesome service and the tuna tartar and shrimp tacos were outstanding. The decor is modern and sleek. The live music was really cool and kept us entertained. The place was packed but we were lucky to be sat immediately. The server attended to us soon after we sat down and he was friendly and attentive throughout our visit. To drink, I had an old fashioned that was made just how I love them, with a cherry AND an orange zest peel and with a generous pour! My guest had the Air Tight and it was DELICIOUS. I asked a female server about the speakeasy, and she suggested to make a reservation ahead of time and that the best days to visit it are on Wednesdays and Thursdays. I plan on visiting Lincoln House on ac regular basis.

Fun place in Covina, we got here to have dinner and were pleasantly surprised with a live band, and a large selection of Bourbon. This time we brought friends, and had a great time. Drinks were good and dinner delicious. The steak was cooked perfectly. The guitar player was very talented but a little loud, which made it difficult to sustain our conversation, but overall a great experience.

We had a little bit of mishap with our reservation but the young lady and the manager Bill went above and beyond to correct and fix the situation. We had a great time... the staff was all amazing and genuinely nice people, the entertainment was great, the food was amazing, and the drinks were perfect. Couldn't ask for a better evening.

This is one of those special places you drive by every day and just don’t seem to notice. We were looking for a place to celebrate a 60th birthday. We read about the Lincoln House on there website and saw the had a room called The Utility Room. When we went to look at it we knew it was perfect. It has a Speakeasy feel hidden in back behind a cleverly disguised door and you need a password to get in. It has its own bar with a Mixologist tending the bar. We visited the main area a couple times for dinner and to enjoy the live music and really enjoyed the food and fantastic staff. The night of our party we had 19 people and everyone could not believe how they didn’t know about this place. The food was the best event buffet style food we have ever had. Definitely recommend the Italian Extravaganza. Markly, our mixologist was outstanding. She made sure everyone had a drink they liked and even came up with one for someone with unusual dietary restrictions. She also made sure our every needs were addressed. This is definitely a place to visit and enjoy the atmosphere. I would like to point out that sometimes people only look at the dollar sign on the menu and make their opinions based on that, you need to understand what number represents, you must factor in the experience while you dine. The music, the lighting and overall feel of restaurant should always figure into your opinions. We will definitely be returning it the future. Thanks Markly for making our night a memorable experience.
