Customer Review Summary

The bar at Red Restaurant and Bar offers great cocktails, delicious food, and entertainment options like a pool table. Service from the servers is consistently positive, and the convenience of billing was appreciated. However, some patrons experienced long waits for cocktails and unwelcoming bartenders, causing disappointment. Food quality varied; some guests reported issues with steak cooking and poor lobster roll value for money. Positive experiences included a successful New Year’s Eve dinner and flavorful dishes like Parmesan crusted Chilean sea bass and lobster corn chowder. While the atmosphere and views are generally enjoyed, service times can be slow during busy periods, affecting overall satisfaction. Some diners were pleased with breakfast options and have expressed intentions to return.

The bar here is an absolute charm. Great cocktails, delicious food and a nice pool table that kept us entertained for hours, all while watching the Rosebowl. Service from each server delivered the same positive energy across the board and when it came to our cocktails, flavor was consistent each time we ordered another. I loved the ease of not only charging to my room but also having liquor and food separated on the bill was not an issue.

We arrived at our reservation time and when we did they said they were running 30mins behind and asked if we were ok with the wait. We decided ofcourse to wait since we decide to drive an hour just for this location. I asked if the bar was open and they said yes me and my boyfriend sat at the bar and wanted to order a cocktail. We sat down at the bar no one greeted us at the bar and both bartenders serving those next to us and also the drinks for the others in the restaurant. We understood the wait but we sat there for 10mins and no hello nor were we asked if they could get us anything. We finally noticed that they were not going to attend us so we just sat there until called for our table.once called for our table they asked inside or outside. It was my first experience here so I asked if they had heaters outside for dinning since it was cold they said no they ran out of heaters I said inside is fine. Once I looked over outside I saw the heaters on and working. My server was nice that’s the only plus but other than that the food sucked. We both gotten medium steaks and mine was medium steaks while my boyfriends was medium rare to rare. He didn’t eat it nd asked if I could have his more medium like mine and when they brought the same pieces back it was well done. Didn’t bother to ask them for anything else at this point I was already over the food. This is supposed to be a “Red Restaurant & Bar is an upscale restaurant and bar in City of Industry, California. “ per google but clearly it is not! Will not be coming back again. Will not recommend to my friends or family.

We come here often, but today was our first time going for happy hour. While we waited for our table we went to the bar and had the absolute worst service from one of the bartenders. I know his name, but I don’t want to put him on blast. Very rude, seemed like we were bothering him while asking for drinks, was upset that we wanted to order a few appetizers. It really ruined our experience. Very disappointed!

Wanted to have a late lunch with a beautiful view. But the lobster roll I ordered was terrible. maybe a teaspoon of meat inside a couple of dinner rolls. The only thing what tasted good was the truffle fries. The worst Lobster roll ever. The cost was $26 dollars.

Came here for their New Year’s Eve set menu, and greatly enjoyed my experiences. Would definitely come back again. The server recommended the lamb, and it was a good choice. It was really nice to dress up for new years and have a nice meal. Wish the staff was a little more attentive, but it was a busy night with a lot of people celebrating. But the vibe was still nice. The staff also helped me find my lost umbrella and managed to track me down before I left the building.

We finished an 18 hole at the Industry Hills course and this spot was right next door. We got a table that was available so it was a busy night so the wait was about 15-20 mins. The place was called the “Red Restaurant and Bar” and I ordered the Permesean crusted Chilean sea bass(excellently cooked and seasoned perfectly!) and the Vietnamese spring rolls(great taste and it was pretty descent) along with their Vietnamese(good overall, just like any other spring rolls) spring rolls. I’d definitely come here after a long day of golfing! ***update*** Tried the lobster corn chowder and it was phenomenal. It was very flavorful and creamy but wish it had more corn or lobster pieces. I’d recommend the cup size. The house burger they had was about average and nothing special but still good. The white chocolate bread pudding was a solid desert, especially with a side of vanilla ice cream. A great spot to go to after finishing at the Ike or Babe.

Couple drinks and a couple appetizers for a light brunch before hitting the driving range. Food and atmosphere were up to par: i enjoy the view when sitting outdoors. Two appetizers took 40 minutes and it wasn't crowded, so that would be my only disappointment.

The continental breakfast and Eggs Benedict were out of this world. Everything was delicious and the service was excellent. Will definitely return for more. Wish I'd taken pictures.
