Worst experience I've ever had at norms. Our waiter was terrible he took our order and left us without any water or anything till we asked him, taking him a whopping 30 minutes to bring us any refreshments he also brought us my order of well done t bone steak rare it was so disgusting since I'm not a fan of near raw Stake but what ever they also got my mom's order of omelet wrong this place is a complete disaster I don't recommend it we would have liked a apology from the manager for this mistake but nothing it's very disappointing I DO NOT RECOMMEND

So I'm a big norms fan and I took a plunge for the team to try their enchilada omelet and carnitas fries. THEY ARE AN ABSOLUTE RESOUNDING okay. If I gave it a grade it would be a C+ maybe. BUT their pancakes are fantastic. I'd even say better than IHOP and I will probably be willing to throw down for them.

Nasty kitchen, not a great manager just there not friendly or anything just a dry lady.,food wasn’t flavored at all, hash brown over cooked pancakes burnt, omelette very little and nasty, dry , my pancakes had a bite missing. The manager wanted me to bring food they messed up back it was only pancakes and eggs she asked me to come back and bring it so ridiculous. After I had been waiting in food for a hour this was unacceptable and unbelievable then she was horrible manager. She should have gave me a refund. Nasty place sinking in kitchen new manager and more servers needed. The funny thing is the one guy that possible has some needs moves faster, care about his customers, he takes time, he ask questions he better than any staff member in there and the manager old man he good to. The rest of the staff are lazy with attitude including the girls.

I ate plain fries and they were actually good to not warrant any ketchup or salt. And the crispy chicken bacon burger was just as perfect. I might have to start judging other restaurants' quality to Norms.

So we got back in the car and drove about a block or so down to the Norms to get our steak on. I had the Porter house with over easy eggs and biscuits and gravy just 20.99! Steak was cooked well and not dry. Dinner was also ordered which comes with both a salad and a soup! The kiddo loves his tenders and really enjoyed the cajun tots appetizer. Service was very friendly and quick, takeout brought back. To be quite honest this was a great unexpected surprise and I will be back here again what a great value a dinner for 3 at $65 and not over $100 @ Clearmans.

The wait was a bit long. I noticed there were a lot of empty tables but people were still waiting a while. The food was ok. The meat was a bit undercooked from the middle part near the bone. I guess it is because of how thick it was. It would be nicer if the meat was a bit less thicker that way it can be well cooked. It was ok.

Service by Carol was horrible. She had a pissed off face. She took our order and never came back to check on us. We had been sitting for 15 min and people who had been waiting to get seated had eaten, paid and we still didn’t get our food. This whole time she was no where to be found. We had told the guy at the front. We want our food and expect it hot. She was still no where. 10min later our food came and she didn’t even apologize for the wait. She had the same pissed of face. 5min later she asked how we’re doing and dropped of the check and left. We are done with our food and she never came back to check on us. I would like to say that David is amazing server and should be an example of how all servers should be. He was serving other tables with great smile and happy attitude. The worst food ever.......if you want a cold chilaquiles with a green sauce(not even)....came to this place.......the green sauce supposed to be green on the chilaquiles with a flavor........the picture speak by it self....the manager don't give you a table if there not inside of the place......we were by the door........not recommended at all
