Had this the first time in 2019 when I visited the Philippines.. this is my first time trying one here in the US, what better location to try then the one right across the street from their headquarters. We got the half spicy half reg fried chicken bucket with mashed potatoes and 2 pies. The chicken was very crispy, juicy and flavorful.. the spicy had just amount of balanced spice, mashed potatoes ok and the pies were yummy!! This was hubbys first time ever and he was happy!

Really Enjoyed the Angus burger, Mac n cheese and Adobe rice. Fried chicken is ok for me but if i had to choose, I prefer the spicy chicken but didn't realize the gravy given with food was for chicken but for rice. Lesson learned for next time visit to retry it properly. Liked the pineapple quencher and spike blood sugar i got after eating a mango peach pie. Be back again if I'm in the area again

Good Chicken, love the peach mango pie. 1 Star off on service because it was very deceiving the way they made it seem like a drink was included with the combination meal and then charged extra for it, then said that the specialty drink could be substituted and charged an extra $2 for that so it was $4 more than what was posted without knowing that in advance. Other than that really good experience.

Had the opportunity to try this and since we had visitors wanted to try it as well. We ordered the 12 piece meal deal with 5 sides and 5 peach and mangon pies. The sides were spaghetti, fries, biscuits and Mac n cheese. No additional charge for premium sides. The fried chicken was moist and crispy. Original or spicy and the spicy has a little kick. The order came automatically with gravy which had a bit of a artificial taste instead of homemade gravy. The max n cheese was really good. The spaghetti was a bit sweet. Order at the counter and they will buzz you when the order is ready. Inside and outside seating available. Nice area to dine in or outside.

I want to say that customers are not the gods of this restaurant, but their puppets and must listen to their arrangements. If you order online and go there to pick up the food in advance, you still have to wait until the time comes. Even if they are not very busy, they will not give you food in advance. They are very indifferent and the service attitude of the employees is poor. Avoid this restaurant. I saw others give it one star, they are right

I ordered yesterday at Jollibee Eastland around 5pm-ish, for regular Palabok, 2 Bucket B (1 upgraded to 10-Pc), I got the everything, except regulat PALABOK.. I’ve been craving for it, but unfortunately didn’t receive it. I didn’t check the items, cause nothing is complicated. I was very upset when I got home, that my palabok is not in the bag, instead, another regular Spaghetti.. Hopefully, Jollibee Oxnard will open soon. So that I don’t have to drive that far. Thank you for all the hardworking crew and supervisors.
